Dry mouth is not a normal part of aging. If you have dry mouth, talk to your dentists or your primary doctor. Dry mouth can be a sign of certain diseases or can be caused by medications or the result of medical treatments.

Without the normal amount of saliva, extensive tooth decay can result. At Oak Lane Family Dental, our dentists can recommend various methods to restore moisture and suggest lifestyle changes to increase the salivary flow.
