Dr. Carlys interest in dentistry began when she had braces in middle school. She LOVED her orthodontists Drs. Martin and Rose in her hometown of Watseka. Their bright, cheery office was always filled with happy patients, and it was obvious that the assistants and doctors truly enjoyed their jobs. By the time they had beautified Dr. Carlys smile, she was hooked!

Helen, our Team Leader, has been with the practice for 18 years. She started in dentistry assisting chairside and is now in the front office where she somehow manages team member and patient schedules, phone calls, emails, HR, IT, payroll, and the list continues! She also goes above and beyond helping patients understand and make the best of their insurance benefits if needed. Helen lives in Crestwood with her husband, they have 2 children, and one adorable grandson!
Amanda joined Oak Forest Family Dental last year bringing 20 years of dental experience to the team! She graduated from Prairie State College as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has earned her certification in local anesthesia as well. She and her husband of 15 years have four children and 2 dogs. She enjoys cooking and running and she recently finished her 2nd half marathon! Amanda is a highly skilled, thorough, and knowledgeable hygienist who takes the time to listen and also explain. She looks forward to serving you!
Noor joined our practice 3 years ago as a dental assistant. She went on to earn her dental hygiene degree at Prairie State College, and we are so happy she is now back with us serving our patients again! She is compassionate, energetic, and listens to each patient's specific concerns to help you achieve your oral health goals. She loves making you feel right at home as a guest in our practice. Noor lives in Oak Lawn with her husband. In her free time, she likes to read, go for long walks, and travel.
