Five Star PLUS+ Durango is so lucky to have Dr. Eich and his staff! Super professional, exceedingly friendly and an absolutely wonderful experience each time I visit. Okay . . . maybe visiting the dentist is never really wonderful, but Oak Family Dentistry and Dr. Eich make it about as good as it can get. Highly recommended! Absolutely Superb!

I have been calling this office for 3 years, and they never take new patients. They are always very nice, but not very helpful. The office they referred me to, made billing an absolute nightmare, made a crown that never fit, did not do what was asked of them but did charge me for a whole binch of procedures that made no sense and turned me over to collections when i missed one payment not even a week later when I moved and they didnt update my address- no call no nothing, just suddenly durango collections calling 10 times a day. Just saying- it wasnt Oak that got me it was the person they seem to swear by for 3 years now.. So make sure youcread that offices reviews beofre you go getting in a financial rut because no one else would help you. So the staff MAY be excellent but appantanly they have been not taking patients for 3 years. Good luck everyone moving to town this is why i used to fly back to Atlanta...

Jim is the best dentist I have been to, and I have been to many! He is kind, professional, skilled in his trade, and fair in his pricing. He never tries to "up-sell" me on anything. If there is an emergency, he is on it. He also has a wonderful and caring staff. Together they provide excellent service. If you are looking for a dentist, you will not be disappointed!!

Jim is the best dentist I have been to, and I have been to many! He is kind, professional, skilled in his trade, and fair in his pricing. He never tries to "up-sell" me on anything. Dr Eich is honest, caring, skilled, and puts patient care over profit. A true gentleman who takes his Hippocratic oath to heart. His staff are also superior, friendly, skilled, and efficient.
