I went to see Dr. Carvello with extreme pain and was sent out of her office with no help at all. I'm disappointed because I really felt like I had found the right dentist. She had dome some partial work but didn't want to continue until my pain was gone witch felt comforting but didn't give me a clear path in where to go with an emergency. Hopefully I'll find my forever dentist soon

Live here in the winter, needed dental care. Excellent staff care to get me in to see dentist. They spoke with my hometown dentist. When I got there I might add I am fearful of dentists, they made me feel at ease. The dentist took her time explaining all aspects of problem. She gave me options, can't say enough good about Oak Dental Care.

Dr Caravalo made a temporary flipper bc i broke a front tooth. I was taken in the same day I called & 2 days later I had the temporary fix, which is very comfortable & matches beautifully. This was a first time visit for me as I have a regular dentist in N Y. The dental assistant & dentist were very nice & made me feel comfortable.

On 4-14-20 I took my girlfriend in on a slight emergency dental problem. Her bridge had fallen out. Dr. Carvalho and her assistant Lisa could not be more helpful. They understood there was a language problem and explained everything to me and girlfriend prior to doing any work. They took two XRays and decided the best course of action. My girlfriend was so happy and pleased with her care. The amount of professional care and concern for the patient was Outstanding. She is our new Dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Jakubitis now for a few years. I have been very happy. He does a great job and takes the time to explain procedures The staff is always pleasant. I have never waited in the waiting room past my appointment time. Office works in a timely manner. I have also recommended people to him. I will continue to be a patient as long as Dr. Jakubitis is there.

Dr Jakubaitis is THE BEST! His entire team is amazing. Words fail me to describe the kindness they have shown me and how they changed my life!! I've been a patient for 6 years now, and will never go anywhere else! I refer everyone who needs a dentist!

I've been a patient of Dr. Jakubaitis for over 26 years. Everyone is always kind and pleasant. Exactly what you want when you go to the dentist office, because lets face it who actually likes to go there? :-). They all just make it a great experience. Well done.

I'm a new patient, and Dr. J got me in very quickly because I was having some tooth pain. He was very thorough and came up with a treatment plan which we were able to start almost immediately. Also had the best teeth cleaning experience ever. I love that it's a small office with people who have been with Dr. J for years. Everyone is so kind and professional, and they all work hard to make you feel like you're a valued patient. I'd recently been to a different dentist at a chain dental clinic and had a terrible experience, so I'm thrilled to have found Dr. J. Couldn't be happier.

I have been to several dentists in the area before finding Dr. Jakubaitis. He is upfront , kind and very professional. I had to have several fillings and a tooth implant and everything went smooth. I am not a good patient when it comes to dental care because I don't get numb quickly but the staff and the dr. Made me feel calm and made sure i was not n any discomfort. Very happy to have found a dentist I can trust.
