My experience with O2 Dental was very exceptional. I had a procedure done to get extractions and get immediate dentures. My Dr was Dr Novas. I have nothing but great praise for her. She is the most caring doctor that I have ever met. She did not rush , but she patiently answered every question I had. She made me feel so calm right before and during my procedure. She made sure I did not have any pain and she explained everything step by step. Her assistants Mireya and Nicole were also very professional. They also answered every question I had and they were very patient also even if I asked the same question over and over. Every time I came in for a problem I was having with my dentures they did there best to solve every problem and I always left the office very satisfied. I also have to mention Dr O. I had a issue where I was having some pain and Dr Novas was on vacation he agreed to see me and he also listened to what was going on and was very patient with me and solved my problem. I have to say everyone from the front staff to the back are very pleasant and professional. I will tell anyone looking for a dentist to call O2 Dental group and especially ask for Dr Novas. She is truly amazing. I hope they get to see this post. They should be so proud being health care professionals. Sharon Green

Everyone ther where very sweet and ive never seen a dentist work as fast as them... I signed in she had me in ther in 5 mins n I went straight back for x-rays and then went over options I had n I was out of ther all the staff Was on top of things

I have been a patient of 02 dental for years. The office is always well kept. The hygienist are very friendly and kind. But my last visit with Rebecca is what made me do a review. She was very professional and addressed all my concerns. Her cleaning technique was amazing. No pain or soreness and I honestly feel like it was the best cleaning I've had. I would do 5 stars but the sit back out in the lobby to checkout took to long. I honestly thought they forgot about me.

I scheduled appointment for Oct 21st in early Sep, they called me to cancel my appointment at 4pm on Oct 21st and told me could not get me in until Nov 30

This was my first time at 02 Dental. I was in a lot of pain and I'm not ashamed to say in tears when I walked into 02 today. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. I didn't sit in the lobby for hours in Agony it was actually less than 10 minutes. They took very good care of me and my issue. My daughter helped me make the right choice in choosing 02 Dental Group. Thank you to the entire staff I really appreciate you all.

I really enjoy going to the dentist. The staff is so friendly. Dr. Morales is kind and gentle. He explains everything. My hygienist Rebecca was great she explain things to me no one have ever done. I love my Dentist. The staff was amazing. I recommend if you need a good Dental 02 Dental Group us the place.

Not at all happy with O2 dental. Had to originally refuse one hygienist d/t causing severe pain on my children. I thought they were being dramatic, until I experienced her. Then when calling for a tooth concern on Monday, get an appointment on Wednesday (which is awesome)....but show up on Wednesday and they dropped my appointment because I didn't respond to a text they had sent. Normally, I would understand this for an appointment I made 6 months prior...but I just made it! I was never informed that I would need to respond to that text. Busy single mom and honestly overlooked the text. Day of appointment and receive another text that says " Hello, this is O2 Dental - Fayetteville, NC. We wanted to remind you of your appointment today at 3:30 PM. See you then!" Then show up and they've canceled the appointment!!!!! It's not the front desk's fault but it's an illogical program they have set up and the requirements for keeping the appointment were not communicated at all.

I don't like to visit the Dentist office at all but with the Staff at O2 Dental Group, they made my visit to dental appointments beyond pleasant. True Professionals at what they do. After my visit, I no longer want to rip my face off. Thanks to all at O2 Dental Group, Oh and love the fact that they speak both English & Spanish.

This is by far the best dentist office. The staff delivers a great experience from the front desk all the way to the examine areas. I am so glad I found such a professional innovative office. The technology they use is state of the art.

My daughter is 4 years old. She freaked out at another dentist, but O2 Dental Group of Fayetteville made her feel comfortable and knew what strategies to use to help my daughter get through her appointment. Thank you guys so much!!
