My family and I are extremely satisfied with the care we received from O2 Dental. The office staff is friendly, and Dr. Hart was gentle and did a great job of explaining everything. Actually, everyone you encounter from techs to office staff are great at providing explanations and comfort. I'd recommend O2 dental to anyone. The office is modern, and family friendly. My family's smiles and teeth look great.

Dr Hart and her team are excellent....fantastic customer service! The front desk team were incredibly helpful and accommodating in scheduling our appointments, receiving/reviewing records from our other dentist's visits and communicating with us. We were able to get an appointment in a timely manner which included seeing Dr Hart AND getting our teeth cleaned all on the same day - Yeah! Dr Hart is incredibly professional, competent, and patient. And our dental hygienist, Danielle kindly offered to clean my teeth right after I saw Dr Hart even though I didn't have an appointment scheduled until later in the day. Top notch care, we are thrilled to be working with this dental group.

The team was very friendly and acknowledged all my dental concerns. Each visit, I felt more comfortable and confident in my personal dental care. I got two wisdom teeth extracted today and it was the smoothest procedure ever. 10/10

I was a walk-in patient and the staff was very friendly, kind and welcoming. They took my insurance information and I was seen within 30 min. My overall experience was all positive and I would recommend O2 Dental Group to whomever willing to listen. It's a great place with a great staff.

Came in for a emergency visit. Was in extreme amount of pain the dentist was gentle and the everyone was so nice. Was nervous to get my extractions but Dr. Hart had me in and out in no time and I feel so much better. They were fast, pleasant, and the treatment plan was very straight forward.

Amazing and caring dental practice! After dealing with a dental emergency (and an inability to get in with my regular dentist for a week), I was so pleased to get a next day appointment at O2. From booking the appointment, to reviewing the billing, and discussing the issues/treatment, Diamond and Dr. Hart were courteous and proactive. They definitely go above and beyond to be very transparent when it comes to billing and share the costs up front prior to the procedure too. I was very pleased and may be switching my regular dentist appointments here as well. I so recommend to anyone in need of an emergency service or a regular dentist!

Arrived on time for a appointment that was rescheduled by them. A simple cleaning, waiting 1 hr for two child appt. @11. Never to be seen or take back.. We left. I tried to call to speak to someone to address. I was passed around and on hold. Very poor communication and time management and waste of time

I have been paying out of pocket for dental work for the last 5 years, so when I finally had a dental policy that O2 is in network with I was so excited. My policy offers 2 FREE cleanings a year so I went to book my "free" cleaning. I was told that they would need to put down a 50% deposit of $175, And to pay the other 50% of $175 on the day of my appointment in order to hold my appointment time. What? I have never been required to pay a deposit for procedures even when paying out of pocket. So why on earth is this even a thing. Will look elsewhere for dental services. Just be aware that you'll have to pay a deposit to secure the staffs time along with your insurance policy deduction monthly.

02 Dental Group really cares about thair patients. I am a costumer and I will continue to go thair .I love how they made you feel like home .
