I have been referred to Dr. Mahoozi by my primary dentist. After a few dental surgeries and implants done by Dr. Mahoozi I couldn't be happier with the results due to his strong expertise in periodontics and sincere care & time for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Mahoozy and his friendly staff at O'trafford Dental Specialists.

I'm not surprised this dental office has a high rate. I went here for a gum lengthening process. Dr. Mahoozi and his staff carefully explained every single step they would perform and made sure I was comfortable during the job. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful while referring me to another dentist for my crown and giving suggestions on insurance and paying methods.

They booked me in very quickly for a procedure that I learned later was very expensive and not covered by my insurance. They didn't offer to provide a pre-estimate or recommend that I speak to my insurance, instead holding me liable for the full bill for a treatment I would not have chosen had I known it wasn't covered. If you choose this practice, make sure you get a pre-estimate beforehand.

I had a very positive experience with the O'Trafford team. Very good communication, helpful staff, and I appreciate that Dr. Mahoozi took his time to clearly explain my treatment options, and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. Overall, this was a very hassle free experience that gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence. Really recommend O'Trafford and I'll definitely come back.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Got an extraction, bone graft and implant all in the same appointment and within an hour with minimal pain. The worst part of the entire appointment was the numbing needle which everyone can agree always stinks. Dr. Mahoozi also had impeccable stitching skills. So glad I was referred to O'Trafford.

If your dental insurance is Cigna, DO NOT go to this place. There seems a giant gap between O'Trafford and Cigna. My implant placement surgery claim got declined 3 times because my insurance company couldn't get the materials they needed. O'Trafford always assume they did what they could, and it is the insurance company delaying the process. However, I had to contact Cigna by myself and ask what went wrong. Then, called O'Trafford that they failed to provide all materials. I was in that situation several times. Moreover, even when the claim finally got approved. O'Trafford claimed that they did not receive the payment from Cigna until I called Cigna on Feb/24/2022. Cigna said they already sent out the money last Dec. Again, I was the only bridge between O'Trafford and Cigna. If I did not do anything they always assume it's all done. I made 15 phone calls and sent out 10 emails in the past 6 months. I should've known when O'Trafford even need to called Cigna to confirm they are in the network. BTW, I don't have to deal with these extra works AT ALL with the other two dentists that I've been seeing. Besides the super annoying claim/payment experience. Dr. Mahoozi is experienced and patient. He treated my complication after implant placement well. The two stars are for the Doc.

I had a great experience at O'Trafford Dental Specialists. The staff is very friendly. My tooth broke and the doctors there took the time to explain to me my situation and options. I ended up going with a crown due to the cavity being to large and a regular filling would not hold up well. The experience was pain free and the end result was great. I am very happy and recommend all my friends and family to go there.

I've had multiple dental issues treated at O'Trafford and have been very impressed with the quality of care each time. This is an exceptional practice. My experiences with Drs. Mahoozi, Molgaard and Dashti have been outstanding. They possess strong expertise, genuine caring for their patients, and excellent communication. Skill , understanding of a fearful patient (me). Although I may not be a fan but f dentists I would and will return to Dr. Mahoozi without hesitation. My implant had failed 3 times with other orthodontist, with Dr. Mahoozi skill it worked and I must say without pain when compared with the other attempts. He is also charming and funny putting the patient at ease.

The best and one of a kind- that would be the short version to describe the work of OTrafford dental specialists. Of course, any positive adjective would do the same trick: amazing, brilliant, fabulous, outstanding and so forth. Doctor Mahoozi has the highest possible rating among all dentists I've met though my life. The task was to remove two old implants that protruded into the sinus cavity. For almost ten years none of the dentists didn't want even to touch them due to high risk of possible complications, and I was suffering quite severely from constant pain and chronic sinus infections. It took a while before I've discovered Dr. Mahoozi who kindly agreed to perform the extraction and replace the implants. I was relieved from half of the pain right in the dental chair! It was a real miracle! He managed to control the situation in the most skillful manner and, even to his surprise, everything worked out perfectly well despite all risks involved. It is really hard to express all gratitude I feel for this REAL SURGEON. He is really very attentive to all patient's needs and works carefully on each fine detail until the perfection. No matter what, doctor Mahoozi is always smiling, good listener , excellent practitioner, perfectionist, always concentrated and outstandingly skilled. He, indeed, combines all the best qualities of professionalism and interpersonal skills.Although doctor Mahoozi is the "main character of the play", he managed to select the finest crew surrounding him. Stepping into his dental office is similar to getting to family gathering: everyone is happy, cheerful, smiling and simply the most pleasant atmosphere. Besides very pleasant environment, the tidiness of the whole surroundings and staff shines. The chairs are always wiped clean, the handlebars on the light and the headrest always protected by plastic, frequent gloves' changing, double masks, really sterile equipment, careful following aseptic and antiseptic procedures - everything possible is done to reduce the risk of infection for the patient. The modern equipment boasts everything one could desire for an efficient operation.The professionalism is visible from the entry door: one is always greeted by Lorenc and Alissa who are always happy to answer all the questions, book an appointment (they are open on Saturdays as well to accommodate you needs) and deal with the insurance issues..This is an indispensable and multitask duo. Ashlyn and Raymont- two very important assistants of doctor Mahoozi. Always cheerful, polite, happy and real masters in their field. Raymont posses "all male" great qualities of the dental professional- it is no surprise with his background and skill level. Ashlyn balances him extremely well- a real giggle box and serious at the same time It's a wonderful team of true professionals and quality workers combined in one family. I highly recommend O'Trafford dental practice, Dr. Mahoozi and all members of his team. This is a very fine crew- beyond any expectations

This was my first visit to O'Trafford Dental. I was apprehensive about the periodontal evaluation and the extraction but everyone in the office was friendly and supportive. The extraction turned out to be complicated but Dr. Mahoozi made it a painless process. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
