Whether tooth loss was due to trauma, advanced tooth decay, or gum disease, dentures are a restorative solution which can give our patients their complete smile back. A partial denture consists of false teeth attached to a plastic appliance which can be connected to a framework. This is considered the best option when the framework can be attached to one or more healthy teeth in either the upper or lower jaw. A precision partial denture is also removable but uses internal devices to attach rather than visible clasps and is more natural in appearance.

I was very pleased with my first visit. The professional manner of the technicians was excellent in their explaining every thing they were going to be doing. My dentist DR O' Sullivan was very gentle doing his examination and the follow up in my dental care that would follow with my next visit. A friend recommended this office and I'm so happy she did. Dr Ressel is an excellent dentist. He gave me options and explained everything he needed to do to fix my dental problems. As he worked on my teeth he kept asking if I was alright. The dental assistant and hygienist were very pleasant and professional. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful. Anyone in need of dental work should go to Dr Ressel.

Went here on recommendation of my endodontist Dr Hamoui (he's awesome too). Glad I did. Just had my teeth cleaned and have to say the dental hygenist was very thorough. My teeth feel exceptionally good. I also met with Dr Ressel about a week ago to schedule two dental implant crowns and continuing my dental care. I was pleasantly surprised with a kind and caring Dr. who took a real interest in me medically and my case. I feel confident and look forward to establishing myself as a patient at Dr Ressel's office. The office staff is really super nice too. Overall, a very good experience.

They deserve 10 stars, from Therese, April, Eileen to Kelly and Dr. Deluca. All were happy, smiling with great attitudes. Kelly and Dr. Deluca explained every step they were taking and asked if it was okay to do it. They COULD'NT have been more concerned with my comfort ( as I am a coward). Pulled 2 teeth, full exam, full X-rays and a treatment plan with projected cost. What more could you ask for. Here's the kicker- the following morning, I get a call and I figured it was the girls calling cuz I forgot to schedule my next appointment, No, it was Dr. Deluca calling to see how I was doing!!! I just love these people. My entire visit was pain free. I was there, the day after Labor Day, as a new patient, I called at 9:00 and they got me in by 1:00. Again, 10 stars, can't say enough how pleased I am to have found this treasure.

This dental office is one of the best dental offices I've been to. They are so nice and professional e.g. after my X-rays the technician offered me a bottle of water ...etc. I don't get water offers every time I visit but this is just an example of the lengths they go to make you comfortable. In addition, the Dr. went over my personal treatment plan while presenting the items on the X-ray monitor in a way I could understand. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. They also specialize in getting fast help and approvals for those veterans that qualify for dental care. Dennis

Hands down the best! After an awful experience at another place Dr Congeni and Julie are amazing professionals with outstanding bedside manor. They explain everything and ultimately They Care about the outcome! Do yourself a favor and ask for them! This is a before and after! What they fixed!

I feel like my time was not taken seriously. I had a appointment for 1:45 I got in at 1:30 filled out all the paperwork. Was told I was there for a cleaning and x rays to make sure where I am at. I understand ok sounds good. After 2 hours I just get x rays and was told to come back for a plan and possible cleaning? The staff was all over the place. Maybe it's a good location for repeat patients. As a new patient I will not be going back.

Dr. Ressel was wonderful. He explained the process and did periodic checks for my tooth sensitivity using the procedure. He was Knowledgeable and through. I would highly recommend him, his expertise and professionalism are stellar.

I developed a throbbing pain in a tooth, called to see Dr. Ressel, and got an appointment within four hours. Dr. Ressel confirmed that I had an abscess under the tooth, put me on antibiotics, and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal. Once completed, I will comeback to Dr. Ressel for the crown placement. Dr. Ressel is very caring, understanding, and provides great explanations for the problem as well as providing solutions.

Dr. O'Sullivan is a miracle worker. He offered a solution to save my teeth instead of getting dentures and that was almost 15 years ago. He is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Jamie, my dental hygienist is a perfectionist and I walk out of the office knowing I just left the best Dental practice in Spring Hill.
