Y'all I can't believe that I cracked one tooth and fractured another in one day! When I finally realized what had occurred, I called O'Shea Dentistry. They got me in within the same morning I called. From beginning until the very end of visit, I felt compassion and a sense of urgency with the staff. Jeremy at the front desk will have you in the best spirits coming in. Ashley and Mario are some of the best technicians I have ever encountered. Also, a very special shout out to Dr. Lloyd who performed my oral procedure. He took a great deal time and precision to make sure I had the best care possible. Super grateful for this team, I will be back!!

I have been going to O'Shea Dentistry for years. I moved 30 miles away and still continued to go. Got a new job that didn't cover and I pay out of pocket to go. When I find good services, I do whatever I need to so I can keep my high level of expectation in place. It's a family atmosphere and they are helpful from billing to scheduling to quick service.

Dr Shannon and her assistants Dane and Leslie are supremely awesome. I was comfortable through the procedure and they were all constantly checking in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was ok. They work so well together, they're funny and kind-- it made my time there actually enjoyable. I'm so fortunate to have found O'Shea Dentistry and would highly recommend them!!

TLDR; this is a corporate dentist office that will try to sell you on expensive treatments you don't need. If you're looking for a dentist in the Atlanta area, see Dr. Marshall or Dr. Winter. After a couple of years missing dental cleanings, I decided to establish care with O'Shea as I was experiencing some mild gum sensitivity. I've never had any cavities or really any dental problems to speak of. The initial appointment which lasted well over an hour included a series of X-rays and photographs, along with several scans to identify bite patterns & teeth alignment. The dentist came in toward the end and told me that my teeth looked great, but I was developing a small cavity in the area with gum sensitivity; she suggested a "deep cleaning" in that one area but otherwise said everything was fine. One of the assistants asked if I'd like to schedule a cleaning while I was there & pulled a passing hygienist in the room to schedule with. The hygienist asked to see my X-rays and told me I would need a cleaning that involved numbing my mouth and that would have to be done in two sessions (a Scaling & Root Planing procedure). Confused, I told her the dentist didn't tell me any of this & the hygienist said she was "just telling me what she saw." The dentist came back in and said she trusted whatever the hygienist suggested. The assistant asked me if I could come back in the afternoon for the first session because that was this hygienist's only appointment for months. I asked how expensive the procedure would be since I don't have dental insurance, and the assistant told me it would be over $600. I told them I would like a second opinion. I went to a new dentist & brought my X-rays from O'Shea along (which were totally unreadable, but I digress); the dentist confirmed that I did not have a cavity and was not in need of an S&P procedure, just a quality cleaning or two on a regular schedule. This new dentist - and several I called while looking to get a second opinion - asked me who suggested the S&P and when telling them, they all confirmed that many people have had this same experience with O'Shea. After a couple cleanings everything is back to normal sensitivity-wise so I trust this opinion was the right one. I'm really saddened that companies like these exist in healthcare & can't imagine how many people have paid for unnecessary procedures through them without knowing they didn't need them.

Wonderful care!! Dr O'Shea is an excellent dentist! Michelle and her office staff are a ray of sunshine. I am very excited that Monica, my hygienist, is heading up the KOR teeth whitening! I can't wait to see my end results! Everyone is sweet and kind! It feels like family, they are to me ,which is rare these days. Thank you all so much for all you do!!

Dr. Shannon was amazing! I'm a first time mom and my baby had a lip and tongue tie. She took care of my baby like she was her own. She was very thorough when going over the recovery process with me. 100% would come here for any future baby oral issues!
