Dr. ONiel and his daughter together with students and faculty from the Medical College of Wisconsin participated in a Medical Relief Brigade to Honduras. Dr. ONiel spent the week delivering diagnosis and pain relief while providing oral surgery to scores of Hondurans in remote regions. Going to remote villages and seeing all of the people line up for treatment was astonishing. It was a very intense and rewarding experience. Below are some photos of that relief mission.

Dr. Philip and Ellen O'Niel have a wonderful, dedicated and extremely competent staff. Most of our team have been with us for many years. All of the professionals at O'Niel Dental maintain the highest levels of accrediation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the advancements in dentistry.

Unbelievably rude and insulting on the phone. The practice is disorganized and the staff handling the clerical side of the business is incompetent. Horrible experience. I will not be back.

If I could, I'd give Dr. Ellen ten stars. Just had a tooth pulled (zero fun). It was quick and painless. She is the best Dentist. Ever.

Been to this dentist a few times. Staff is great and I like Dr. O'Neil. Always professional and no sales pitch, my last dentist always had something they were trying to sell me.

Besides the fact one of my teeth he worked on 3 times (paid for filling, paid for emergency treatment and then paid for root canal) then another dentist had to actually pull the tooth...he then charges for everything no deal because the tooth got pulled and than threatens to put me in collections...whatever you do don't go here!! They won't even give you a new toothbrush the guys so cheap

Although I wish they would update the office decor, the doctor and office staff are wonderful. My appointments are always on time and I have never felt "sales" pressure for getting treatment done.

My family has been going to Dr. O'Niel for about seven years and we are very pleased with the service we get. He has never cancelled one of our appointments. His staff is nice and friendly. I have seen five our more dentists in my life and he is by far the most pain free. My younger son knocked out my older sons teeth on our backyard rink and Dr. O'Niel did an excellent job of fixing his teeth that where broke in half and saved them both. My son needed a root canal and said it did not hurt at all. Last, Dr. O'Niel never pressures you to do work, especially work you don't need and he is up to date on the latest technology. I highly recommend him.

Horrible experience and he never actually worked on my teeth. Cancelled 20 minutes before my appointment.. I had already taken a half day of work to come in. No apology; I would've understood if he had an emergency, but they never mentioned one thing about having an emergency. Just that "he had to cancel". Second time I made my appointment I called them saying I was going to be five minutes late (10 minutes at the most), traffic was horrible but I was getting off on the exit. After talking to the doctor, overhearing them LAUGH at me, the receptionist said he couldn't see me and I would have to reschedule. I asked them if there was any way I could come in, because again, I had taken off work. She replied, "we run on a schedule". I run on a schedule too and calling 20 minutes before I'm already on my way to your office doesn't seem very professional, with no explanation as to why he had to cancel, such as a "family or patient emergency". Told them I was going to go somewhere else and they said, "good luck" and hung up. What ever happened to a 10 minute grace period?

"After 1-2 months, they suddenly sent me a warning that the bill has not been paid... I did not even receive the bill." I had the same exact experience. I had been watching my mail like a hawk because I was expecting the bill, and I received nothing for 2-3 months before receiving notice that the bill would go to collections. Terrified, I paid by credit card over the phone. After that, I received a receipt and a statement in the mail that contradicted one another. The credit card receipt indicated I had paid in full, but then the statement they had generated showed that I still owed $6.00. I called them, and over the course of 3 separate phone calls, they understood what the problem was. I expected the courtesy of a phone call to tell me it had been resolved, but I had to call again and ask. Between the unremarkable patient care and disastrous billing system, I'm definitely never going back.

Very professional, values my time never had to wait. If you are scared of needles don't worry you will be numb before you know what happened to you.
