Dr. Brandon O'Neal is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. O'Neal relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, and practiced as an associate dentist prior to launching his practice in Alpharetta in 2006.
Dr. O 'Neal 's love for esthetic dentistry gives him the opportunity to provide patients with the beautiful smile they have always desired. Through today 's advances in cosmetic dentistry, he can recreate smiles that will last for years to come. His gentle nature and kind, caring approach have become the signature of his practice - patients frequently comment that they feel like they are member of his 'dental family'.
Committed to ongoing education about new technologies and techniques, Dr.O'Neal has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education through his professional memberships in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Georgia Dental Association.
We are proud to feature CEREC in our practice. This revolutionary 3D computer-aided design and manufacturing technology offers us the ability to create and deliver natural-looking ceramic restorations in the comfort of our office.
CEREC Onlays and Inlays vs. Traditional 'Fillings' Tooth enamel is the hardest substance in the body. Damage caused by decay or trauma weakens the tooth because enamel has been compromised. The ideal solution is to restore the tooth with a material that is as strong as enamel, while maintaining as much natural tooth structure as possible. In many cases, CEREC Inlays and Onlays are a better choice than a traditional filling, because of the more durable nature of CEREC ceramics.

I was referred to O'Neal Smiles by a coworker and let me tell you, pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed, which I am not easily impressed. From the moment you walk in the office, the ambiance reads modern, comfy, spa, clean, welcoming! You are greeted by a personable and engaging young lady, Wendy. She is just as polite and professional on the phone and let me tell you she is thorough. The hygienist, Brittany is everything! She reminds me of a true Southern Belle, she is always smiling and always positive. In addition, she does a phenomenal job and with her positive disposition on EVERYTHING, she's done! In addition to Brittany there is also Mary-Ellen. Mary-Ellen is superwoman! She is sweet, kind, STRONG, and she is sassy. She is so sharp witted and funny, as well as superb at what she does. Then there is Boss Lady, Ms. Taleeta. Ms. Taleeta is also phenomenal, a sweet Southern Belle, but she is also a fire cracker! She truly cares about her patients. I love seeing the dynamic and banter between her and Dr. O'Neal. She is truly Dr. O'Neal's right hand, and at times his brain. Taleeta always makes sure that I am comfortable and accommodated; phenomenal bedside manner. Finally there is Dr. O'Neal; 'the singing dentist'. Now, you might recall that at the start of this review I mentioned ambiance. Well, the music is always relaxing and nostalgic; taking you far away... Of course Dr. O'Neal sang every song, which has practically died down to random hums post COVID. Still, it makes me laugh as I would join in (in my head it's karaoke duets). All that bringing my anxiety significantly lower. Let me say, Dr. O'Neal is really OUTSTANDING at dentistry and patient care. Dr. O'Neal is professional thorough, caring (ensures I am comfortable and tolerant of the procedures) ... I could go on. I have elevated anxiety as well as sensitive issues, hence this long review and assessment of O'Neal Smiles. Honestly, Dr. O'Neal is the BEST Dentist! His whole establishment and his staff are stellar and unmatched.

This review is long overdue. If I could give 10 stars, I would! There's so many great things I can say but to summarize: this place is AMAZING! Dr. O'Neal is hands down the BEST dentist I've ever came across and his staff are like a big happy family! Dr. O'Neal has been extremely patient, extremely informative and knowledgeable about the dentistry profession, taking time to give me several treatment options and helping me choose the right treatment plan for my age, lifestyle and budget. What has really kept me coming back to Dr. O'Neal, is his passion over his work. He is a true perfectionist and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are happy and confident with their smile, all while ensuring that your dental health is at the forefront. Trust me, I've been to a lot of dentists who graduated from great schools. I do my research :) My patient experience far exceeded my expectations! His office staff and assistants are extremely kind, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable as well. The office is always clean and inviting. My appointments are generally always on time and I never have any issues. Thanks to Dr. O'Neal and his amazing team, I smile confidently and boldly, which isn't an understatement, as I was so uncomfortable with my smile for years until I met them! Dr O'Neal is a wonderful dentist and extremely thorough. He has completed work on my husband, grandmother and even an emergency appt for my 3 year old son. His office staff is very professional and accommodating. Office is immaculate and clean. Best experience with a dentist, hands down. Dr. O'Neal is great! He has spent the last 12 years building a relationship with me and my children so it saddens me to write a bad review because of his staff. His office staff have always been nice until a double booking occurred on my last scheduled appointment. As a current patient, I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out and waited patiently. 2 days before my appointment, it was brought to my attention that my appointment time had been double booked. I was offered an earlier availability for 9:30am the day before my appointment, or keep my scheduled appointment but I may have to wait several hours at the office to be seen (as if I don't work), or wait another few weeks to be seen for my failing filling. I told Taleeta that I needed to confirm with my Employer in order to take the time off for the earlier appointment. When I followed-up several hours later, I was told, "sorry, that appointment time has been taken, appointments get booked quickly". They offered the appointment to someone else without even following up with me and then Taleeta was extremely rude. She treated me like the entire issue was my fault. Honestly, it made me feel like my appointment time was given to another patient that was a higher priority then me. Needless to say, I have decided that me and my children will be seeing a new Dentist that isn't an hour drive from my home. I scheduled a NEW PATIENT appointment and had a confirmed appointment for the next day. My friend is a Dental Hygienist for his office, so he comes highly recommended.

I have been going to Dr O'Neal's office for several years now. I have had outstanding service and results in all areas. Dr O'Neal really goes the extra effort to make sure you get a great result. I had a crown done there and have had crowns at other Dentists offices. Dr O'Neal is truly the best. All of his office staff and technicians are equally outstanding.

This was my firstvisit, O'Neal Smile was recommended to me by a Family Friend. Couldn't believe how quick they could get me in and how efficient all members of staff where. Very delightful and very friendly on the phone as well as inside. I would definitely give O'Neal Smile a 100% Thumbs Up, I would definitely vist again and I definitely recommend to Friends and Family. If anyone is looking for a New Dentists Please Please call them or visit they will NOT let you down. Best Dentist practice I have ever been to in over 30 years.

Dr. O'Neal goes the extra mile! When my son had a dental sports injury, Dr. O'Neal not only answered my questions that weekend but made a spot available when his office opened on Monday morning. Their office is convenient, clean, friendly and the staff is amazing. If you're looking for a dentist that the whole family will love - this is the place!
