Never enjoy visiting dentists since I was a kid. Thanks to Dr. Cheng and the team, I don't feel stressed anymore when my appointment is coming. On each visit, Dr. Cheng and the team provide excellent and professional services that I know my oral health would be under good care. Highly recommend!!!

Having been to Dr. Cheng's office a number of times now, I feel that I can give a fair review. Getting your teeth cleaned is never fun, but I can say for certain that I've had a far more pleasant and gentle experience at Dr. Cheng's office than at any other dental practice. I recently cracked my tooth, although I didn't know when. Dr. Cheng thoroughly explained both the likely cause as well as options for treatment - it's clear that he has a lot of experience. As soon as you meet him, you can tell that Dr. Cheng is passionate about his work and cares about his patients - I highly recommend him to anyone seeking dental care. Crossposted from my Yelp review.

I highly recommend O&M dental. The office is very clean and adhering to very strict covid protocols. It's a great experience from the moment you walk in. The team there is very friendly and provide a very welcome atmosphere. Dr Cheng is the best dentist I have ever had. He saw how anxious I was, and was extremely understanding. He was so above and beyond patience with me and took the time to call me down. Dr. Cheng is also great with children! I have friends who bring their kids to this office and highly recommends Dr. Cheng. If you're looking for an excellent dentist, this is the place to visit !

Disclosure : I've been friends with Dr. Cheng for 15 years, but I give you an honest review from both a patient and personal perspective. Patient: This review is for the replacement of 7 silver fillings into porcelain filling. It's now been been six years since Dr. Cheng performed the procedure and all my porcelain fillings are still intact, they look like my natural teeth, and I don't have any sensitivities near the fillings. Things look and feel normal. The procedure itself was efficient - I had the right amount of numbing - don't remember much discomfort. Personal: The reason I will fly out to see Dr. Cheng to do anything more complicated than a cleaning is honesty and integrity. For 15 years Dr. Cheng has always told me things exactly how he sees things. Whether its me needing to take better care of my teeth or not studying enough back in undergrad - he has a skill for telling me what the pros/cons of each choice without me feeling forced into a particular decision. I've seen other dentists closer to my home but it's more like they decide for me without clearly explaining my choices. Regarding integrity, back when I was his housemate with a handful of other people, he waved me down and told me he accidently knocked my toothbrush onto the ground but that he cleaned it after doing so. This was before he was even a dentist, he's always cared about the profession haha. He hasn't changed and I would highly recommend him if you feel like you need a second opinion too. I could've made up some story and pretended I only knew him as a patient - but he's taught me by example that honesty and good work go hand in hand. If you're in the area and looking for a dentist who is always learning to improve his craft, and will give you truthful advice about your treatment options - give Dr. Cheng a try.

Having gone to see Dr Cheng over the years I can say no one has ever come close to the amount of care that he shows when taking great care of my teeth. He also takes the time to explain each step and options for care if needed. Cannot highly recommend enough

Don't go to this dentist !!!!!!!! -Long wait time even with appointment -Unprofessional doctor that did not know what he was doing but pretended as if he did -did not perform teeth cleaning where I scheduled it for -Extremely rough and rude when so called doing an exam when no one was around ( I felt very uncomfortable as I'm in pain of how he's stuffing his hands into my mouth ) and also not asking me if I was okay at all. I was very confused the entire time and felt unsafe as I was the only one there with the guy doctor rushing me to do all sorts of things that I don't understand and even when I asked him what is going on and why he could not answer me and asked me to schedule appointment next time. -saw him on 6/26/21 or so and now 7/7/21. The clinic claim my insurance 620 dollars for root X-ray and additional root X-ray, 4bitewing X-ray and emergency treatment. Which I do not know why I would have a root Xray to begin with and why is there additional root Xray basically all the Xray are not supposed to be done and also what is it with the emergency treatment? There was NOOOOOOOO TREATMENT DONE at all. I was just laying there being done weird stuff because the doctor could not admit that he does not know anything about TMJ and don't know what is going on for my case. And I was just telling him all the things that my past dentist and surgeon has diagnosed. If there is a zero star rating I would like to give that. Maybe even negative if possible. My husband called them to schedule a cleaning for him ,a TMJ diagnostic for me and also cleaning. We first double confirm if they know how to treat TMJ and they say yes we have a doctor that knows how to treat it. The appointment was at 4:30pm around that time. I ended up waiting until around 5:15-5:30pm where someone took me to a place to do X-ray where I was super clueless of why am I doing a root Xray for TMJ and 4bitewing Xray that the doctor ended up not looking at them and no needing them at all? I was put on the chair just waiting and waiting. Later on the doctor finally came didn't introduce himself at all. He sat down and straight away open my mouth and did all sorts of rough exam including using excessive force to push the inner surrounding of my mouth. It hurts a lot but he did not bother asking If he was hurting me. There was no one in the place except for the doctor and me and I just feel like he's doing whatever he wants without even consenting me and letting me know what is going on.My husband finished his cleaning(where he felt rushed by another doctor as well) he stood by the door and saw the doctor using all his force to put his hands into my mouth. He got super confused and concern while I was as well. As soon as he came by, the doctor saw him and stopped doing that to me. That was really suspicious of his action. After that he just kept asking me questions about my jaw and what other dentists that I've seen in the past said. When I told him how my jaw couldn't open instead of couldn't close. He couldn't believe it and asked me another two times the same questions as if he wanted me to say I couldn't close my mouth instead of opening. After all the mess, he didn't do anything. He did not tell me what is going on. Neither did he clean my teeth nor look at the Xray that I got pushed by the assistant to take without telling me why. The front desk person ( his wife) came by to check on what happened and asked him what did he do and why didn't he do anything. The Doctor stopped and looked confused and decided to push everything to next appointment. and say oh just ask front desk to make appointment for next time.

Kevin has been our family dentist for the past 3 yrs. Our 3yr old daughter also loves going to see Dr. Kevin for checkups. This dentist office is professional, friendly, and caring. During COVID, they also take a lot of precautions in screening patients, sanitizing and preventions. I'd happy to recommend Dr. Kevin Cheng and this dental office to our friends and family or anyone looking for a fabulous dentist.

The very best dental experience I've ever had. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist as a child, but Dr. Cheng and his team has made the experience stress free for me. I have had my dentist visits with Dr. Cheng for over four years now and fully trust him with my teeth. As someone who works in the service industry, the team at the office are also top notch!

My first visit to O&M Dental clinic, staffs are friendly and following up closely on my appointment. Dr. Cheng is very attentive and listen to the concern I have. He did a thorough scaling & cleaning and spared time for my tooth filling whereby I don't need to make a 2nd trip to clinic.
