When asked, What do you like best about being an orthodontist?, Dr. OGrady will tell you it is the look he sees on his patients' faces when they see their amazing results of orthodontic treatment. That is when he knows he has served his patients well!
Born in New York City and raised in Spokane, Washington, Dr. OGrady received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina, and a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics from the University of Michigan. As a result, Dr. OGrady has had the opportunity to receive the finest education and live in many different communities.
What drew Dr. OGrady to the Grand Rapids area was the strong sense of family values in a community that has a priority on faith, education and service. It was in the Grand Rapids area where Dr. OGrady met his wife, Brigit, and started a family. They have four children: Maxwell, the twins Lillian and Sawyer, and Eleanor.

I am just beginning my treatment with Dr. O'Grady and so far I am incredibly impressed with with how personable he is. Everyone in the office is so sweet and very professional. So many extras to enjoy as well, like a hot cup of coffee and a gorgeous fish tank! Nothing but good so far!!

Dr O'Grady and his team is excellent. I finally got done with my Invisalign thing today and got retainers. They did really good job. My teeth looks so beautiful and I can smile with confidence now. 100% recommend Dr. O'Grady and his office! I had previously gone to another office and had left less than satisfied. When I went to Dr. O'Grady, I was immediately impressed with the office and his staff, as well as the Dr. himself. A modern office with modern equipment in house and a private office to go over the consultation really catches your attention. More than that, the professionalism and genuine kindness of everyone in the office really sets him apart. When it came to the actual work, he was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and pretty spot on in the treatment time (assuming you do your part). He corrected issues the previous Dr. had left and provided me with a smile I am proud to say came from Dr. O'Grady! When the Invisalign company sent in a shipment of my trays without the bite ramps by mistake, the office immediately set to work on getting the correct ones expedited and when they came in, they offered to have an employee drop them off at my home so I didn't have to make another 35 minute drive back to the office. Dr. O'Grady and his office are a step above! You won't regret making the choice to work with him!

Extremely happy with the work done on my children's teeth! It felt like it took a long time, but it was done meticulously and the results are absolutely perfect! The staff is so kind! The office wasn't really convenient from where I live, but the totally worth extra driving.

This relationship started with my 8 year old getting a consult for expanders and braces. Like any parent, I took care of his needs first and Jan of this year, I became a patient. Five months into my 18 month journey of actual braces (I knew I wouldn't actually pop in the Invisalign), I have zero complaints. I normally sit with the same person every visit, the doc is hilarious, kind and explains everything as you go. He and the team have the best personalities. Hands down, this is the place I will refer everyone to.

If you need a new smile - this is the place to get it. The personnel are positive, well trained and professional. The office is run very efficiently. And Dr.O'Grady is the best! He was always upbeat, encouraging, and kept me informed. It helped me get through the months of the process. My teeth look awesome and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. O'Grady and his fabulous team. His front desk staff is very kind, welcoming and accommodating.. I drive in from Chicago and they always work around my schedule. I recently just got Invisalign and am so impressed by how well they explained the process and treatment plan. Like most people I hate having my mouth worked on, but Dr.O and his assistants were very gentle and patient with me. His office is a delight to walk into, well designed and sparkling clean.

My two children received orthodontia treatment years ago so naturally I reached out to Dr. O'Grady for myself recently. I am so happy with the results of my Invisalign treatment. Their office was safe and clean during the pandemic and everyone is professional, positive and fun. I even received a round of applause and a tub of goodies at the end of my treatment.

I can't say enough positive comments about Dr. O'Grady and his staff! When I was searching for an orthodontist to straighten significant crowding of my lower teeth, he was the only one who said he could save all my teeth. The process took longer, yet his price was the same or lower than other orthodontists who wanted to pull one of my front lower teeth to rush the process along. Dr. O'Grady pays close attention to detail, and is determined to get the best possible results for his patients. I highly recommend this practice to others seeking quality orthodontic care at a fair price.
