I enjoyed this office my first visit I have to say they were all kind and caring. But beware of this doctor. All they want is extra money. I left 3 messages for this doctor and she didn't have the curiosity to call me back. They said I had really great insurance. I needed a deep clean but don't have the extra money right now and they flat out refused a regular cleaning like I asked. They said it was a rule that they can't do a cleaning when a deep clean is due. I'm sorry I've never heard of such a thing in my life. Crooked doctors office just want money don't go!!!! They are loosing 3 customers because of this!

Imagine that I always look forward to going to the Dentist!! Maureen O'Flanagan is brilliant and caring. Beautiful and interesting. But honestly a really great Dentist!!!!

Very nice staff & dr!!! They were able to fit me in for both new patient X-rays & cleaning in the same day! Cleaning was great and very thorough. Moving from Orlando I was nervous to find a new dentist! But so glad I went here!

I'm so happy I found this dentist last year when my dentist retired. I'm very particular about a good dentist and gentle hygienist. Dr. O'Flanagan and her hygienist, Michelle are the best!!! I highly recommend!!!

Today was my first time visiting the office of Dr. Flanagan and I wish I could leave 10 stars... the office is extremely clean .. the staff was very welcoming and pleasant.. the doctor was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all my questions and in no way did I feel rushed. So happy I found a new home for my dental care.. Don't waste your time going to a corporate office and come somewhere you feel at home.

Amazing dentist and staff! Always makes time for me and fits me in when I have an emergency! I have recommended this dental office to many family and friends and everyone has had an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Dr O'Flanagans and her staff are welcoming and always professional, been with them for 7 years. The Hygentist Michelle is gentle and always thorough in her cleanings. Dr O' Flanagan cares about her patients and the health of your teeth and smile.

Dr O'Flanagan and her staff are always happy to help you with what ever you need, very accommodating. I went to several dentist to get evaluated and pricing and decided on Dr Flanagan as I felt her program of treatment made the most sense with very reasonable pricing. I appreciated the time she spent with me explaining everything ensuring I understood what was going to happen and that it was the best thing for me.

Dr. Oflanagan is the BEST. She's is thorough, patient with clients and passionate about what she does and it shows in her staff attitude and quality of her life work. Highly recommended. She also has connections to some of the best, renowned specialists in south Florida for more serious needs, HUGE plus. Then walk over the bridge to the beach after your visit and relax

Dr. O'Flanagan has been our family dentist for over nine years. Our appointments have always been on time as scheduled. She and her staff have always returned our phone calls in a reasonable amount of time. Her expertise and professionalism remains exceptional. It is a pleasure to work with her kind and courteous staff and her office has always been exceptional clean. As a veteran Dr. O'Flanagan was instrumental in helping me to receive some extensive and expensive dental care through the West Palm Beach Va at no cost. I highly recommend her for all your dental care. PS Dr. O'Flanagan thanks for putting up with me for awhile and thanks for being the reason behind my smile !

I recently received a bill for over a year ago with an outstanding balance. I've paid in full every single appointment prior and there's proof of that. I also had a dental plan at the time that they told me they were no longer accepting but would honor for my last appointment. I would not have gotten my services done otherwise. Over a year later and they are now telling me that there's no proof that the doctor told me that they would honor it. My fault for trusting her word. I understand it's a difficult time for everyone but absolutely shady and unprofessional I would 100% recommend not coming here to be ripped off. I see there's another review stating a very similar situation. Beware, they clearly can't keep their books straight and look for ways to keep billing you for services you've paid for.

I honestly hate going to the dentist but the entire staff at this office makes it as pleasant an experience as it can be. They are always so nice and professional. I highly recommend Dr. O'Flanagan and her staff!
