As always, great experience at OFD. The Office Staff are always very friendly and Liz is a fantastic dental assistant. Dr. Johnson is always great and is obviously a very skilled dentist.

I accidently chipped a tooth and called to schedule an appointment. They were able to see me the next morning and they quickly and effectively fixed the issue. I was planning on going in late at my job but I made it on time! Really awesome service A+

I want to thank the team at O'Fallon Dentistry for getting me in so quickly and taking such good care of me. I had a horrible toothache and they saw me right away and also scheduled a route canal for me. I didn't have to worry about anything. They also did my cleaning that same day! Awesome service. I wasn't even a customer...my husband was. Thank you O'Fallon Dentistry

Hands down best dental office Ive ever been to. Needed an emergency Extraction. They got me scheduled within an hr . Everyone in the office was Exceptionally kind caring & affordable . thank you very much

After going to Expressions Dental Group and finding out I had thousands of $ worth of work to be done I thought I would get a second opinion. I went to O'Fallon Family Dentistry. They got all of the x-rays from Expressions, cleaned my teeth and gave me a thorough examination. He told me my teeth looked great and he would see me in six months. Go to O'Fallon Family Dentistry. Not only is Dr. Johnson a good dentist. He is a good honest man.

The dentist is a gentle and well informed man. I have been with this office for over 15 years and I won't go anywhere else. From the front desk to the hygienist everyone is understanding and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are excellent. They caring and compassionate towards their patients. I appreciate that they offer early morning appointments so I don't have to adjust my work schedule. Their office feels friendly and is modern. I'd highly recommend them.

It's so difficult to find both an amazing dentist and staff, and O'Fallon Family Dentistry is one of the few offices who have both. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with insurance and all dental care, and Dr. Johnson is kind, caring, and extremely competent. I recommend their office to everyone who asks!

they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care one bit about their patients and clearly express that view. I have been trying to get in for roughly 5 months for an appointment, and again, I am faced with completely booked appointments at least two months out. I understand I have a difficult schedule with limited availability, but they are unbelievable rude each time I call. I have been told "you'll be fine to wait another few months, just brush your teeth" "Maybe you need to find a new dentist" That is exactly what I am doing. This place is UNREAL and they need some lessons on kindness towards their PAYING patients. If you are looking for a dentist office that does not care about their patients care, safety and well being, this is the place for you!!!

This has been the best dental experience in my life. I have PTSD, depression and anxiety, so not only am I just a wreck going in, I've also neglected setting up appointments for years (adding to the dread). I've been going here almost a year and everyone has stayed so nice and compassionate. One of the biggest things I've looked for when trying to find any health care provider is just to see if they are down right nice. Makes the whole situation a lot easier. Since I havent been to the dentist in years, I have needed some work done. And each visit I have felt no pain. They will talk you through everything happening and work with you. I cried like a baby my first appointment just because of fear and they worked with me through it.

Called them and they were booked for 6weeks out. Scheduled appointment then. I work nights and had to rearrange my sleep schedule to accommodate there appointment opening. They called me the day of the appointment (waking me up) saying they had a cancelation asking me to come at 7am and not at my previously scheduled noon time. I told them I wouldnt be able to so then they said in a rude way" we know you need your beauty sleep" and canceled my appointment for the day and told me to reschedule.

Just an awesome place and this is from a scared out of her wits person when it comes to someone working on my teeth. Very comfortable going here, dr Johnson is friendly and gentle.

I had a full mouth of dental implants. They pulled 23 teeth and 12 implants. They were professional & very caring. Not to mention $18,000 cheaper than Clear Choice!

First visit today. Was very impressed with the staff. From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed. My dental hygienist was very gentle, probably one of the best (least painful) cleanings I have had. The amount of time given to me to discuss my dental concerns was just wonderful, I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you all!
