for a month, i have been experiencing THE WORST dental pain of my life. i had an appointment here as a new patient for this following monday, but today i woke up and KNEW there was no way i could deal with it a single more day. in the morning i called- the sweet receptionists on the phone were so empathetic and did an amazing job squeezing me in for the same day. ive had my fair share of very scary dental care experiences, with providers who do not listen. at this clinic, though, i felt heard, and actually believed, at the dentist for the first time since i was a child. the clinic was so busy, and was short a hygienist for the day, so i waited quite a while between steps before i got to be treated. the nurses checked in on me apologetically multiple times, and though i was in (really, really) horrible pain from my tooth, the staff made me feel comfortable. especially as a day-of, last-minute squeeze! the wait was more than worth it for the results i've gotten. doctor jessica lavalle gave me extra time and extra anesthesia when i told her i have a hard time getting numb. she and her nurses always let me know that if i was in pain, i could tell them and they would treat it. it is amazing how much kindness and a listening ear can make a scary situation into one that is pleasant. this evening, i am happily chilling for the first time in weeks. mild discomfort after my extraction is nothing after the sleep ive lost and the meals ive missed from my problematic tooth. amazing staff, amazing doctor, amazing *empathetic* care. i hate going to the dentist- but i would be glad to be seen by doctor lavalle again!

My 6 yo had an amazing visit, not only did we find an awesome staff and dentist. He's African American. This is the only place my family will be going from here on out.

Everyone in the office was very friendly the hygienist did a wonderful job. I almost fell asleep while she was cleaning my teeth. What a great experience!!

Took my 5 year old in for her kindergarten check up today, her first time going to a dentist, and it was the best experience I've ever had as a parent in an office/doctor area. The dental hygienist was the sweetest and so great with kids they all are and they have a treasure box for the kids after! And as for my daughter she loved loved loved it! The dental hygienist had a nickname for every tool which was awesome to make the kids more comfortable let her use the tool that sucks up water and was just the best ever. By far would recommend to anyone with kids looking for a great dental place and the price without insurance was very reasonable compared to other dental offices. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

O'fallon Family Dental was an excellent experience, especially considering I had a tooth extraction. All the staff were exceptionally nice. The Dentist was very caring ,excellent at her job and made my experience very nice. I was never in pain and completely comfortable and relaxed. I will only go to O'fallon Family Dental from now on and will refer my family and friends to O'fallon Family Dental

I worked here as a business assistant a couple of months ago. When I first got hired, I was told it would take 6 months to even feel comfortable in the role. After being there for 1 month, the manager, Lauren Kelly, told me to put my 2 weeks in or I'd be let go. She couldn't give me a reason why and told me it was because I was slow. I told her that she said it would take 6 months to even feel comfort and she told me that I should know more than I did only being a month in. Lauren is a major problem for this company and so is Mechelle Harper. She is extremely disrespectful and lazy as hell. Everyone else was very kind and friendly

Great accomodating staff. From the time I entered the office until the time I left everyone was so personable and outgoing which made me feel welcomed to be there. Dr. Harrison was so attentive and explained further dental care I would need in a very caring and informative manner.

I have always had a good experience here. I appreciate the timely updates via text if I am unable to answer phone calls. Everyone is very polite and timely. My family has been going to O'Fallon Family Dental since early 2016.
