The WORST. They encouraged me to get a pricey dental package of 2 cleanings a year. I arrived home after being overseas and called to book the second appointment 3 days shy of the expiration date. They didn't answer their phones to book the appointment. When they finally called me back, the package had expired - by less than 24 hours. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE PACKAGE DEAL and told me that if I wanted the second cleaning, I'd have to buy an entire new package. I wonder how well they actually perform dental work if that is the benchmark of their client care/ service. They also quoted me more than $700 for some fillings, when I took the x-rays elsewhere, it was almost half the price. I think they are an exploitative money mill.

I had a great experience with my first visit to this office. The hygenist explained everything she was doing, which was very refreshing.

The staff are friendly and professional. The dental hygienists and Dr. Senderovich are excellent.

I had a piece of a tooth to come off. Not being an advocate for dentists my daughter recommended Ofallon Dental Care. I'll start with the facilities; very clean and comfortable. Ne , the staff; every person that I came into. Ontact with was very professional and very nice. Dr Dennis examined me and gave me two options. He is very personable, knowledgeable and skilled in dentistry. He managed to fit me in between patients. If you are looking for dental care, I whole heartedly recommend this facility, you will not be disappointed. I am making this my dental office for any and all future dental problems to include for routine cleanings.

My appointment was March 31, 2022. I was seen in a timely manner and taken care of by Tina and Dr. Dennis. Tina did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and taking care that I was okay during the process. I will continue using this offce as long as I get the best treatment, which the whole staff makes sure that happens. They are the best!! Alvern Kinley

I have been visiting O'Fallon Dental Care for years. The hygienists, staff and Dr. Dennis are all friendly and helpful. They have accomplished the rare feat of ensuring a visit to the dentist every six months isn't a dreadful experience.

30 weeks pregnant and had extreme pain on my left side. My husband called and they fit us right in. Ashley and Dr Dennis were so sweet and helpful. Explained everything and calmed my nerves and pain! Removed 2 wisdom teeth. Pricing was great. I'll definitely return!

O'Fallon Dental Care is amazing! My 6 year old (who previously screamed and cried at his previous dentist office) loves going to O'Fallon Dental Care! All of the staff are so friendly and patient and make him comfortable about being there. The hygienist Ashley takes time to explain each tool and what it does before she starts and she gives choices which helps my son so much! There is a movie playing which helps and he left both times saying he loves his dentist Dr. Dennis and Ms. Ashley! Thank you O'Fallon Dental Care, you have made a huge difference in our lives, we can now go the dentist without tears! See you in 6 months!

I have been going here for a few years now. DR. Dennis and my hygienist are the best. The staff is great also. If you need a good Dentist , please give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

I've never gone into O'Fallon Dental Care before Monday morning. Over the weekend I had developed an extremely bad toothache. Monday morning after I got off my overnight shift at work, I called O'Fallon Dental around 7:30 and left a message that although I had never been there, I had a dental emergency and if they could help to please call me ASAP. They called me around 9:00 and said if I could be there around 10 or 10:30 they would take care of it. When I got there, I was seen immediately, x-rayed, examined,and given the option of an extraction or root canal. My insurance only covers 90% so the out of pocket for a root canal was more than I comfortable paying at this time of year with Christmas around the corner, we have a lot of kids. Lol. Anyways, after explaining my financial situation, they worked out a payment plan with no out of pocket payment that day and a very affordable monthly payment that would automatically deduct from my account each month. The doctor and staff were all extremely friendly and caring. The entire process was over within 2 hours, which is great considering I work 3rd shift and needed to get home to rest. They gave me a follow-up call a few days after just to check on how I was doing and if I needed anything. Very cool and extremely professional. O'Fallon Dental Care gained a new patient for life in me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any dental work.

Yes, I have the correct office. My husband and I tried this Dentist Office 3 years ago when looking for a new Dentist. My husband was pressured to get dental work done that wasn't necessary as we have since visited another Dentist regularly and have not had this issue come up. We were contacted by the office to change our review, which shows the further extent of the pressure they were putting on him to have Dental work done. I am not an "active patient" because my name has changed since my first and last visit. Obviously we won't be returning as we both went once and immediately found a new Dentist.

I cant express enough how wonderful this place is. I had my tooth break and was in horrible pain. I did not sleep at all the night it happened and had to go to work the next day. I was still in pain after medicine and decided I needed to get it handled. I called them and explained my situation and they were able to immediately get me in that same day. I left work and went to the appointment. They were kind and helpful the entire time I was there. Everyone the front desk woman, the payment ladies, tech and doctor were exceptional. I have HIGH ANXIETY when coming to the dentist anyway and was even more scared since due to covid I had to be by myself. But the kindness and how the doctor and tech explained everything they were going to do with each step really helped me get through it. The rooms are nice and the office is spotless. I am so thankful to have found this place and will be returning to this location for any work needed in the future. One thing that sets them apart is that they even called back a few days later to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. WHAT DOCTORS OFFICE DOES THAT? Amazing. Would highly recommend.

Staff is always friendly! My teeth have never been cleaner after seeing a dentist. Their equipment is top of the line and current. They are very flexible if you need to get in same day as well!
