I have terrible dental anxiety and Dr Philip and his assistant were so patient and caring about my comfort. I had to get impressions done which you would think are easy (not when you have a small mouth and bad gag reflex) but they took their time and even gave me the suction tube to use when I felt like the gel was getting to be too much. I will definitely be going back here and look forward to them helping me reach my goal of restoring my smile

I had four crowns done on my teeth here in 2019. After a few months two of them came loose because they both needed the posts. I am not sure why I was not given these posts in the first place since these two teeth don't have roots. This cost me another $400 on top of the $2,000 I already paid. This year one of the teeth with a post shattered. It needs to be replaced again. I went into get it fixed and they said I just need a new crown. I finally went to get a second opinion and they told me the whole tooth needs to come out and putting another crown on is a waste of money. So, they were going to make me waste another $200 to get another crown that would eventually shatter again. I will never go back here and I would not recommend them for any crown work.

I have been coming to the practice since I was 11 and have continued to come well into my 30s. My dental hygienist, Tara B., has been such a wonderful, safe, and warm person to get my cleanings from. Not only is she patient with answering my questions, but also offered helpful education for me to continue to keep my teeth/gums in good health. I would absolutely suggest this dental practice as one of most anxiety-friendly dental practices in lancaster county for anyone who has dental angst like myself.

did the filling with kindness and prophecy. Would have given a five-star rating but no visit to a dentist gets 5 stars.

Had some bonding done at the gum line to protect some roots that are beginning to expose (from receding gum) and to replace some that had been done years ago by a different dentist. The procedure did not require novicaine, and the dentist and his assistant were efficient, avoided pain for me, and the end result is very good. I am happy!

I popped a crown in the afternoon and at 8:30 the following morning they saw me and reglued it. This practice (and formerly with Dr. O'Donnell) has been my only dentist for 30 years.

I try not to direct negative publicity to places of business that can eventually wind up with some bad feedback. That happens to every business sooner or later. But in this case I feel it is my duty to pass on to potential future customers my experience. I was referred to a prominent Periodontist in the area for bone grafting and eventually an implant. He did a great job. My problem is the work that was done installing the crown. We moved out of the area shortly after. Every time I have been to a dentist since they tell me what a terrible job the previous dentist did on the crown installation. One even joked and said it looked like it was done by a Caveman. It is oversized with a large gap on one side that easily traps food. This was done about 9 years ago. The reason I mention it now is because I thought I would just accept it but now I find that I have to have it replaced. This procedure is very expensive considering that I will pay to have it done twice. Having it done right the first time would have saved me almost $1,000.

Terrible service. The office is super crowded its, no personal treatment. The prices arent bad but that's because the work is average. You also have to deal with some rude receptionists when it comes to scheduling.

I had an appointment a few weeks ago here and let me tell you it was a nightmare. I first came in and they had my appointment time wrong so I had to wait about 45 mins and then when I got back there, the work they did on my cavity still ended up hurting after they filled it. I will never go back here.
