I have been going to Dr. O'Donnell for about 30 years and always received excellent service. The new doctor, Dr. Oana is also excellent! She is very thorough and was very gentle with my crown procedure and it was painless. She explains everything she is doing as the process happens. She answered all my questions in a concise, friendly manner. She double or triple checked all steps and my new crown feels great! I highly recommend her. I know that Dr. O'Donnell was very picky about getting the right doctor to replace him. He picked a winner!

Dr. Oana Ciobla is AMAZING!!!! She is a GREAT Dentist!!! Dr. Oana provides a large variety of quality and conservative dental treatments like Invisalign, root canals, crowns, beautiful and natural restorations, preventive and minimally invasive treatment options. Highly Recommending her!!!

Outstanding customer service. Staff and the doctors make you feel right at home. You rarely come across a practice like this. Liz, the hygenist and Dr.Oana were super friendly and answered all of my questions.

The practice was bought by new dentist on September 1st, 2022. It's not Dr. O'donell who is the provider anymore. Please be careful!

I wish I had switched to them sooner. Dr.Oana Cioabla and her team are great. I did 3 fillings and did not feel anything.You know you are in good hands when you they explain everything in detail. Outstanding patient service.

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Cioabla. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Liz, the Hygienist is very professional and very personable. I love this practice :)

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The dentist Dr. Oana Cioabla was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

Dr Goabla was very kind and helpful. I chipped my tooth and she was able to fix it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend 5 stars!

I have been with Oana Cioabla as my Dentist for quite awhile. Today I had to have a molar taken out and I was very nervous. She really has a great way about her, she is compassionate and explains everything she needs to do to make you feel better. I did not feel a thing when she pulled the tooth out. She has me as a patient forever. Her office staff is very kind and considerate!!

Rare to find such a great office. Dr. Oana Cioabla is so caring and really listened to all my concerns and was very patient in explaining everything in detail. I would give 10 stars if I could ! She is so gentle also. Love it !

Dr.Oana Cioabla is hands down one of the best dentists in Centreville VA! She did an amazing job with my Invisalign and my teeth look incredible! Jennifer and Theresa take such great care of me every time I step into the office. They always make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I have been a patient of the O'Donnell Family Dentistry for the past 5 years and just had my annual cleaning. I find the office staff extremely helpful when scheduling and rescheduling appointments for myself and family. Dr. O'Donnell and his staff are very patient with me because I have very sensitive teeth. I highly recommend his practice.

I have been seeing Dr O'Donnell for almost 20 yrs. I now take my children to him. He and his assistants are patient and so good with the kids as well as adults. I drive over 50 miles one way to see him. His office staff is always friendly and try their hardest to accommodate us. I would highly recommend Dr.O'Donnell to anyone

DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST! The dentist himself is great but whoever handles the front desk provides horrible service and is incredibly rude. I am so disappointed with this office. I've been a patient of O'Donnell Family Dentistry for over 2 years. I just recently I had to cancel my check up appointment, less than 24 hours out because I unexpectedly admitted the hospital the night before (I'm nine months pregnant). I called before my appointment that morning to let them know and to reschedule my check up. They said that they couldn't reschedule it and that I had to be put on a waiting list. They then asked for my credit card number so they could charge me $75 because I gave notice of cancellation less than 24 hours of my appointment time. I asked them why they wouldn't consider the circumstances and why I was put on a waiting list when I've been their patient for years. I was told that it was their policy. So, long story short, I guess they lost a patient. I asked for my records and went to another dental office that was recommended to me. They scheduled me in right away. When I explained to my new dentist what had happened at O'Donnell Family Dentistry, they were shocked as my appointment was not for a planned procedure, it was for an annual check up and my circumstance should have been considered. I highly discourage anyone to go to this office. The lady I spoke with at the front desk had a sincere lack of decency. It's no way to treat an existing patient and If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I've been going to Dr. O'Donnell's for 15 years +. Everyone of the staff is always professional, smiling, friendly & efficient. Feels like family every 6 months I come in. They have the best tunes playing in the background as well, makes it feel more comfortable. I've recommended this dentistry office to everyone I know. I love Dr. O'Donnell's office & friendly staff!! ^__^
