I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. O'Donnell and staff. My daughter who is in collage in VA needed to see a dentist in an emergency and Dr. O'Donnell was able to fit her in without hesitation. It is reassuring to know my daughter was able to be taken care of so far from home. Thank you again! Highly recommend!!!

I was in a car accident and hit my face on the steering wheel, broke two front teeth, pushed one out of the socket. I knew I needed to go in ASAP or I was going to lose all of them for good. Unfortunately for me, I had my accident on a Saturday. I called around everywhere and was basically ready to give up when I reached Dr. O'Donnell. Even though I lived an hour away and they were about to close, they told me to come in as fast as I could. Dr. O'Donnell, his receptionist, and dental assistant, stayed open 2 hours past closing on their weekend to save my teeth. I was still in shock after the accident and the dental assistant, Linda, was so kind and comforting, wiping off scrapes from the accident, I felt immediately like I was in capable hands and I was going to be okay. I broke down and cried because she made me feel safe (you can tell she is an amazing mom). Dr. O'Donnell was focused and determined and got my teeth braced and put back into the correct place as best could be done. Unfortunately one of the teeth broke at the root and could not be saved, but without them I would have lost 3 teeth. His work was stellar, a clearly experienced hand. I've needed to come in for follow-up work, again sometimes on the weekend, and the receptionist has been so understanding about the feeling of insecurity/self-consciousness of a busted up smile. She was always able to squeeze me in last second, saving me from going to work meetings looking like a moonshiner from the early 1900s. Words cannot express my gratitude. After one of the worst traumas of my life, Dr. O'Donnell and his A+ team were there for me, helping me heal both physically and emotionally. And their work looks great too! These people are not only professional and capable, but had compassion when I needed it the most.

They cancelled my appointment 20 mins before I was scheduled to be seen. I had taken a half day off work and found a sitter for my child. I obviously should've read the other reviews. Looks like a trend.

Honestly, I've been terrified of the dentists my whole life, but the staff was reassuring and caring. Some of the nicest people! Dr. O'Donnell is respectful, and knows exactly what he's doing. Definitely my new dentist from now on 10/5

My experience here as a dental assistant for 2 days as temping, it was absolutely amazing! I honestly can say that I'm very lucky to have a great dentist teach me new things and have this great opportunity for my future! I 100% recommend him to anyone including peds!

Both of my children had appointments scheduled with Dr. O'Donnell today. Not only did we have to keep one of them home from school, my wife also took time off from work to take him. Less than one hour before the first appointment, we get a phone call stating that the doctor was out sick and they would have to cancel our appointment. This makes MULTIPLE times that this has happened since my children have been going here. If you want a dependable children's dentist, this is not the place for you. We are very disappointed with the service we received, and will be looking for someone else to take our children.
