I'm so impressed with everyone at this office. Jill has been my hygienist since I was 4 years and I followed her to this office. She is an absolute joy! Dr. O'Connell and his office staff are SO kind, personable, and thorough. As someone that works in a dental office, you can trust me when I say that this is the office to go to!!

Dr O'Connell and his staff are wonderful. Let's face it, no one "likes" going to the dentist but when you have a Dentist who is really good what he does, it removes any potential anxiety. Dr O'Connell is personable, and he makes sure that the experience is as pain free and as worry free as possible. I consider us very fortunate to have the caliber of Dentist in our town that we have in Dr O'Connell. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonder Family Dental, In all my many years going to the Dentist, I have never been to a more Family Friendly Dentist. Dentist, DMD Daniel is the most caring person that I have meet, when doing anything, always checking to make sure that you the patient are OK. Staff is outstanding, very polite ,caring just as well. Very Happy that I found this Family Dental Service

They are one of the best in Horseheads. Dr. Wicks and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very Personable. Always had a good experience. I can't recommend them enough.

Since this was my first trip to see Dr. Wicks I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, more was done today that what I could even imagine. He gave me two opinions for the cause that I came. Dr. Wicks described everything he was going to do, step by step. Oh by the way it was a root canal. At first I asked the Dr. "Are you gentle?" His reply was "We don't have gentle in our name, but we think we are gentle." And they are. This was a good experience at the dentist office. One more comment; the lady who is his chair side assistant was very kind as well.

Always professional, caring and kind. Dr. Wicks and his staff have always given me excellent care and I have always been very pleased with the results. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I honestly can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Wicks and his entire staff is. I have been a patient at this practice for well over a decade and I would recommend them without hesitation.
