Dr. OBrien has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for over a decade. She completed her education, as well as her specialized post-graduate residency in orthodontics, from The Ohio State University. Away from the office, Dr. O'Brien enjoys watching her kids sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball and lacrosse. She, herself, enjoys running (having completed some half marathons and hoping to complete a triathlon soon) plus tennis, skiing, reading, and movie night with her kids.
Dr. O'Brien is proud to support many local children's charities. She and her awesome staff look forward to their regular trips to Children's Hospital where they visit and make crafts with children having extended illnesses.

Lynn is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with additional certification in coronal polishing. She works in different areas at OBrien Orthodontics, from assisting to purchasing. Lynn currently handles the accounting aspects of our office, along with filing your insurance claims and answering any billing questions you may have. Seeing the benefits patients receive from orthodontic treatment has kept her in the field since 1983. Lynn is lucky to have John in her life along with her two adult sons, Kyle and Austin. John and Lynn enjoy spending time with their ever-changing families.
Jenni joined our team as our receptionist in 2011. She is the one greeting you with a smile in our office and answering your calls with pleasure! She is also our treatment coordinator and will be the first smiling face you will meet as a new patient. Jenni is the mother of four children who are involved in many extracurricular activities that keep her very busy. In the fall, you will find her at the football field, in the winter in the basketball gym, and in the spring and summer traveling to numerous softball fields. She also enjoys walking and lazy days with her family.
Chassidy has been a part of our office since February 2017 as our Clinical Supervisor and Orthodontic Assistant. She has over 28 years' experience in the orthodontic field. Chassidy has been married to her husband Scott for 17 years. The two of them have one son, Logan. In her free time she likes to attend her son's sporting events, craft and spend time with her friends and family.

The entire experience of both my children getting braces and now in retainers has been an easy process. The entire office staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful.

We have had 2 of our children under the orthodontic care of Dr. O'Brien and highly recommend her! She and her staff go above and beyond to make the process of orthodontic care as comfortable as possible for both the patient and parents. They're always incredibly friendly, professional, accommodating and practice very high standards of care and hygiene. We are very pleased to have found this group for our children's orthodontic needs!!

They made the process for my son very easy and quick, 10 months from start to finish. Great staff that were always friendly and helpful! My daughter will be getting her braces done here in a few months. Highly recommend Dr. Obrien and her staff!

Terrible patient service. When I asked for appointment reminders I was told that Jen was too busy to reach out to patients. However, their Facebook page is filled with Snaps and photos of all the fun they're having without masks. Though, they did wear them while they removed my child's braces. If you need reminders of appointments, I don't recommend them at all. They'd rather tell patients that it's too much for them to manage rather than discuss that with their supervisor. They collected their payments without an equal amount of completed work. In this day and age, reminding patients of appointments seems like a minor thing when they are paying you $5k+.

After the dentist said, "they could use my son as an example for what is wrong to write the orthodontic text book", I brought him in for braces. Everyone was so nice, the treatment didn't take as long as we expected and his teeth turned out great. When it was my daughter's turn and her problems were not as extensive, I went to another orthodontist for a second opinion. The treatment plan that practice was using seemed archaic and their quote ended up being more expensive. Needless to say we stayed here and my daughters smile turned out great.
