Dr. John E. OBrien was born in Brooklyn, New York, and has been a Hudson Valley resident since 1974. Dr. OBrien has been practicing dentistry in Orange County since 1988. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Buffalo after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Siena College.
Dr. OBrien has received advanced training in all forms of cosmetic dentistry. He has also received advanced training in the application of dental lasers from Hoya Con Bio. He received specialized training in implant restoration from Nobel Biocare and is CAMBRA certified.
Dr. Allison Douglas was born and raised in Massachusetts. She graduated from UMass Amherst in 2005 with her Bachelor of Science and then received her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 2009. She has been practicing dentistry in the Hudson Valley area since 2013.
As an active member of the ADA, NYSDA and the Ninth District Dental Society, Dr. Douglas is always continuing her education to stay apprised of all the latest technologies and advances in dentistry. She is Invisalign-certified and has received advanced training in restorative and esthetic dentistry including crown and bridge and implant restoration.

I was not the biggest fan of going to the dentist until i found Dr. O'Briens office. Everyone there is friendly and nice. The office is the cleanest office I have ever seen. Dr O'Brien is awesome.. We became instant friends. I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. O'Brien and his staff will treat you like family. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, which made me feel extremely comfortable during the process. The office is clean and updated, and everyone is so welcoming!

Dr O'Brien and his staff are wonderful! I have gone to him for 12 years and two years after I've moved away, I still haven't found a dentist that compares to him. I have a VERY sensitive bite, and he was always able to fix it after a filling or crown...currently I am dealing with a dental issue four months and it is still not corrected...I miss Dr. O'Brien!

Highest recommendation for Dr. John E O'Brien and his team He is one of the best. The office is very clean, state of the art, he and his team are very friendly and professional. EVERYTHING is excellent and very flexible experienced staff. I feel like my home and he really care of his patients. All equipments are latest and perfect. I went to many dentists and most of them are trying to make more money by creating unnecessary procedures and treatments. John E O'Brien is other way around, he try to eliminate unwanted visits. He is not behind the money instead works for patients satisfaction. I highly recommended and he and his team deserves full stars. Shashi New Windsor, NY
