We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and most insurance providers. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.

Being new to Sylacauga, it was important that I have find a good dentist. After much research, I decided on O'Brien Family Dentistry and I am glad I did! I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours, was taken right back at my appointment time and had a great experience during my cleaning. I highly recommend O'Brien Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a professional, well organized and friendly dental practice.

I been going for over 20 years with no problems. I sent a text message they didn't like and which I was in the wrong. I was treated rudely on my next lisit. I also feel I was physically abused. The doctor used the mirror to lift up my lip n pressed the mirror so hard in my gum my lip was swollen for 3 days.

O'brien Family Dentistry, is the best dentist around. I was very sceptical at first but once I got there, they greeted me with the biggest friendly smile. They also help you feel comfortable and relax. They will also be my go to dentist. Thank you O'brien Dentistry!

I was 20 min late, thinking I was 20 min early, went in & sat down, like I'm early, ( I really thought I was). I heard the ladies chattering about me. I explained what I thought, apologized, & said I can reschedule, not a problem @ all. I was seen anyways, my dental assistant did a great job as usual, and did not rush the job. I had a pleasant visit, yet again. Thank you all!
