I was very nervous going in but once I got there I was brought back quickly and the ladies there made me feel comfortable and at ease, all the ladies that I was in contact with from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist showed me that they all knew what they were doing, which made me feel like I had chosen a very professional office, they took care of my issues and I left feeling like I had found a new dentist. Thank you to everyone who took such good care of me.

After an unintentional hiatus from the dentist I ended up at Nye Dental in some obvious discomfort. They immediately made me feel okay even though my teeth were a mess. Subsequent visits later and I'm happy/thankful they cared about my mouth and comfort. I never felt shamed for my situation and I recommend them highly.

I would recommend Nye Dental for your Dentistry needs. I had my teeth cleaning by the hygienist Jamie and I have to say, she is very thorough and knowledgeable. She informed me about my next steps for keeping my teeth healthy and in tip top shape.

Great service! They fit me in their schedule, and even stayed beyond their closing time to service my needs. Everyone was very kind and Dr. Dali showed great concern and patience towards pain management. I will be returning for future services.

Lets start with the first appointment. Went in to get a tooth pulled...assumed i would need to go to a oral surgeon because it was broken and brittle. No they decided it was able to be pulled there...i asked about my jaw and was told probably TMJ....so they pull the tooth which took them forever and not very patient numbing wore off mid pull attitude shot from doc when i told her i could feel it and tried to tell me it was just pressure.. sharp pain is not pressure. Then i sat in pain for the next 3 weeks and could not eat because proceedure was to long to have my jaw open wide. Wouldnt give me time to move jaw around just kept at it. So then my second appointment got my front teeth filled...AGAIN not enough numbing could feel them pushing little wires into my gum to push them up. AGAIN NOT PRESSURE. They get done, they tell me to feel my teeth with my tongue i tell doc where it feels rough and bumpy again impatient because i can feel it poking my tongue in the back of my teeth. Was told well i didnt fill anything behind the tooth it must have ran through...front tooth still has a spot thats irritating because i was told oh youll be back next week. Now this last appointment today...i have 3 kids 2 of which have autism the youngest of which is 4 and refuses to wear diaper or clothes...so i have 1 person to watch my kiddos to go to this dentist. She lost her keys and cant get over to me which means i cant get to them. I call them thinking they would have some sort of compassion. Needless to say i am about to have to pay more than it would cost me to get the tooth fixed because i wont bring my naked 4 year old in with me. Which btw their good with. All i got back from them is im sorry our policy states. I asked to speak with the doc and was told shes on lunch. 0 compation 0 patients ...honestly painful work i wouldnt send anyone to this place the only reason i ever went back was because they were in the area and i had sitter lined up. Now look i get places have policies and my issues are my issues no one elses...this dentist office is not that busy that im taking an appointment away from them...they didnt lose out on someone elses business...i see why their not though. A little compassion goes a long way. Hope the doctor that was on lunch gets to read this. Btw my appointment was at 5pm...probably their last appointment or close to...5 years i waited to get dental to get my teeth worked on...this is the experiences that keeps people away from the dentist.

My previous dentist closed the local office that I was going to. The next nearest office was quite some distance away. I needed to see a dentist right away since I had a chipped front tooth. I called the office and got an "emergency appointment" for the next day. The hygienist and the doctor were both friendly and professional. They squeezed me and took care of the chipped tooth and made an immediate repair. Excellent Results!

Amazing service! They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. I was in and out within an hour! Jamie Z the hygienst was so professional and the entire office staff was great. DR. Z Made me very comfortable and was super friendly and down to earth. I could tell he takes pride in his work. I will definitely be going back there for all my future cleanings and other dental work. I recommend not only this Dentist but the entire office staff to anybody that may be looking for a new local dentist. Thanks!

Dr. Zaid did a filling and never felt a thing Didn't know I was even done Zaid's the BEST! Kyle was great at the front desk and all the staff are so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was in and out. I love you guys sooooo much!!!
