Reception is extremely rude and have no manners. Dental assistants and doctors are very polite though. I had to get wisdom tooth surgery and the receptionists did not tell me I could not eat; so in the morning of the surgery I ate food. When I arrived at the office, the front desk was yelling at me. Like they did not give me proper instructions before my surgery all they told me was issues with my health insurance. Anyways, reception and front desk are very rude, have no manners, or professionalism. That office is my worst experience with healthcare professional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted in this place and I loved the work they did. I was very scared in the beginning but when they did their job I was very happy with the result. Besides the staff is very profesional and they made me feel very comfortable and safe.

After years of dealing with wisdom teeth pain my dentist referred me to this place, of course I was nervous having never been through any type of surgery so when I arrived for my consultation the surgeon explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and they set me up with a operation date. The day of my surgery I arrived very scared and the surgeon/ dental assistants can see that and they did their best to make me feel very at ease, speaking to me and explaining everything so I knew exactly what was going to happen next, when I got put to sleep it was like 2 seconds out then back in again, the assistants were very comforting and I felt very safe, they then called my mother in and explained what each medicine I would be taking was for and how to care for my incisions, I had 3 wisdom teeth removed my top two and my bottom left, I only took the pain medication for one day because I felt no pain at all! I took my antibiotics for the required time of course however I felt great by the 2nd day I was myself besides the fact that I could only eat soft foods, I am now about a little over a month post surgery and I can eat like normal and I don't have any pain at all, oh I feel I must mention I also have braces and they did the surgery with the braces and I still didn't feel any pain after as well as little to no swelling! They did a great job and the staff was wonderful I'm so happy I decided to get my wisdom teeth removal here because they really are amazing! Thank you so much!

The doctors here are very rude. I would not want people as rude as them to ever treat me. Thankfully I was about to find an oral surgeon who was much nicer. Do not recommend, you can definitely find places with nicer people to look after you during such a nerve-wracking procedure. EDIT: I was a patient at the One Hanson Place office before it was closed. I don't recall the doctor who was rude to me but it was a young, white male doctor

I had 7 teeth pulled by these guys...3 one day and 4 another day. Professional from the door to the dentist chair, matter of fact I have to get 3 more pulled and I gotta go back today, hey nobody likes going to the dentist but you need to and they are great. You shouldn't give a negative review because your appointment got jumbled up or you were in pain, base it on the job they do. He's an oral surgeon not God!

I was referred here by my dentist. I have 4 wisdom teeth grown in with only 1 impacted that needed to be removed. Removal was super quick and easy with the oral surgeon checking in with me properly to see if it was numbed and the entire procedure was surprisingly short and uncomplicated. Very professional office! I had some issues with my insurance and paid out of pocket, the price was OK and the front desk checked for me before the procedure if it was manageable. I am writing this review about two weeks since the tooth removal and I have had 0 complications with the healing process, just left my follow up and it was a very quick check to see that everything was okay. Great experience here and I would definitely come back or recommend.

I wish I could put 0 stars for this office, the most unethical place ever, we scheduled an appointment for months now and it's been confirmed! And they tried to change it for another day, we said NO, leave it for the day We asked before! And the day of the appointment "they say "sorry the appointment is canceled because nobody confirmed but THERES NO CALLS FROM THE OFFICE, THEY ALSO SAID "Oh we left a message" but we do not have the voice mail set up! How did they leave a message? Get staff who are competent enough to confirm.

From the front desk staff, nurse to the doctor, everyone in the office showed the extreme professionalism and kindness. I was given guidance and accommodations by the staff and doctor and they showed me respect and attention throughout the process. The process was quick and nearly painless. Thank you to everyone in the office.

(Translated by Google) I just had both of my wisdom teeth removed. Doctor Del Valle spent thirty seconds on each tooth. The staff is super friendly, especially Karen. I am very grateful and satisfied, I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

I went back in December for my wisdom teeth and they literally prescribed me antibiotics I'm allergic to (amoxicilin) I wrote it down on my paper work and even informed the doctor yet they still prescribed it. It also took them literally 2 days to correct the issue after the surgery. The secretary even gave me attitude when I called multiple times to correct the issue and she literally told me that the doctor has other patients to attend, as if it wasn't their carelessness that had me calling constantly. The surgeon was so condescending and didn't listen when I explained things to him. I wouldn't come back here even if they were the only ones left in the state. Thats only the half of it, I won't even mention the post op infection after the fact.

Fast quick but didn't give a solution to my problem, I came in for a consultation but I left with more doubts than answers. He seemed irritated by the many questions I asked. I just wished they were more compassionate to the problems ppl experienced too many ppls booked at once. 5 mnts consultation and get out next....

If they give you referrals, please go to other doctors in a bad place the doctor gave the injection of anesthesia, I do not wait the necessary time to remove the tooth with the excuse that it suffers immediately I will consult with another professional I hope it is not false otherwise I will proceed legally for incompetence

I am very disappointed because they gave me an appointment without having my result. When I arrived to this place, they told me they can't do anything to me because they don't have the results. That is very unprofessional

I called to schedule an appointment in March 2021 and the closest appointment they had was June 2021. After constantly calling to ask if they had any cancellations so they could fit me in, I had to wait 3 months in pain. When the day of my appointment finally came, I called out of work only to show up to an empty oral surgery office to be told that it was impossible that I had an appointment that day and that there was no doctor that could see me. Now not only am I still in pain but now I have to call out of work another day to go find a different oral surgeon who actually shows up to work. Terrible front desk service

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, story time so my boyfriend was in pain and needed an extraction we called his general dentist and they gave us Antonio del valle's info so ofc we scheduled the appt for the same day receptionist were friendly and helpful, the problem was the doctor himself. They had explained the price for the consultation and pano which was reasonable being that its a specialist however when I made the appt they said extraction could be done the same day as long as he arrived on time which he did. Filling out paper work and having x-rays taken takes time of course when it was time for the consultation the Dr. saw him saw the x-rays and he was not interested in doing the extraction at all when my boyfriend asked for pricing he recommended taking out all 4 wisdom teeth my boyfriend explained he was in pain and he was only interested in the one that was hurting for now. The Dr then suggested to come back another day after looking at his watch for the time which is understandable because of the time it took him to get in for the consultation. My problem here is the Dr. was not interested in doing the extraction from the start to the end of the consultation and he did not provide antibiotics to a patient who was in serious pain which is unprofessional from his part. Please look for another oral surgery specialist I work for a dental office myself as a receptionist the only reason why he couldn't get seen at my job is because we only provide cosmetic work.
