A friend recommended TenderCare to me and I am so grateful! TenderCare was able to see me quickly and they took great care of me! The doctor took time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. With his experience and detailed explanations I felt that I could really trust his advice. In visiting this office, I felt as though my dental issue was given a thorough examination and the best care. I will be switching over to this dentist moving forward. Best dentist experience I've ever had!

Couldn't be more comfortable with Dr. Seeger and her team! Especially Tamra, she does such a good job making sure that I'm taken care of. I came in with a mess of a mouth and at no point have I felt judged or uncomfortable. They're just happy to get me on the right track with my dental health! My hygienist that did my cleaning was so communicative and helpful. I really do feel like I'm receiving the best possible care at a great price even without insurance. Plus they referred me to an outstanding endodontist. Great work!

I was experiencing a lot of pain from a fractured tooth. Did initial seed for crown and finished it up yesterday. Excellent, professional and pain free experience.

I love the people here. They make me feel at ease, and make the whole experience so pleasant I drive all the way from Woodburn just to go to this dentist office. (Edit: since Oct 2012 I drive all the way from Jefferson. They are great with my little kids, and everyone in my family loves the people here). They never insist I do anything I don't want to (like use that awful bite block), and are understanding of all my dental fears and veritable neurosis'.

Tara was a great help in transferring to this practice, she was very patient and made it a smooth and painless transition. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years, but Dr Thompson is actually the best dentist I've been to. I never had crowns done so skilfully. I've always had to go back at least once to adjust the bite. He did it right the first time, with an efficiency that comes from expertise. I immediately knew I was in the hands of a very skilled dentist and was able to relax, knowing all was well. That has not been my experience in the past. I've always had problems with lidocaine working and dentists not handling it well. Dr. Thompson just handled it without getting agitated or upset. A dentist that keeps their cool... Priceless! The staff is very professional and courteous, making the whole experience a positive one. If you want to be well cared for and know your mouth is in good hands, then this is the place to be.

New to the area and broke a tooth. Called Tender Care for an appointment. They were able to get me scheduled immediately. Care was exceptional as was the follow-up. The doctor explained the protocol examined the fracture and explained the necessary procedure. Fees and billing information was disclosed up front. Office staff was very accommodating and professional. Will definitely use their services if the need arises

Friendly and professional experience. Dr. Thompson and his staff (eg. Kelly at the front desk) were very nice, helpful, and professional. His explanation of my dental needs was transparent and easy to understand.

I have been a client since this office opened. The service is excellent from the front office, to the hygienists, dentists, and billing departments. They provide fast, thorough service looking out for our needs. I actually enjoy interacting with my dental office! Note any people can say that. I highly recommend them!

I used to hate going to the dentist but I don't anymore. NW Tendercare has changed my outlook on going to the dentist. I have been going there for a few years and have had great experiences every time. The hygienists are gentle and friendly, Dr. Thompson is very professional and listens to concerns and does a great job on any treatment. The front staff is welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. I have been there during the covid times and felt safe and it was very clean. I highly recommend this place.

I've been coming to TenderCare Dental for a few years now. They are consistently providing a very good dental care experience, including explaining / answering questions about the status of your teeth, and the care plan proposed. A great dental office, I'd be happy to recommend.

The staff at NW Tendercare is a great group. I was not a normal patient, my husband was. I had a bad tooth and was seen as emergency patient, as I had a bad experience with last dentist which dislocated my jaw and cause me a lot of pain. They got me in quick, were sensitive to my past experience and gave me a coupon for extra money off my portion of bill not covered by insurance. We have switched the whole family over to them now. Thank you

The hygienist, Erin, manages to truly remove all stain and I love how my teeth feel when I leave. Dr. Seeger is trustworthy and gives multiple options for treatment. I have had dentists recommend treatments that cost ridiculous amounts only to have her look at the problem and fix it without invasive dental work. - "Bekah Beste"
