Got my 4 wisdom teeth extracted there. Dr. Marquis did an awesome job and was honest. Was expecting to feel pain after a couple of hrs when the sedatives wears out but felt little to no pain even the day after when expected most. What I was not expecting was them to call me back later on the day to see how I was doing which was nice of them, not many places does that. Thank you guys :)

DON'T EVER BE LATE FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS!! They expect you to be no later than 10 minutes past your appointment time. No matter how old, disabled, or physically challenged you are. You must never be late and be sure to let the Modivcare or whichever service you have taking you make sure they drop you off early. Don't schedule appointments if your child is autistic, has touretts or any medical condition that can be considered rude, because this office has zero tolerance for rudeness as the office manager Jennifer has stated to me and my autistic fiance. She also stated that despite only being 15 minutes late, my fiance was told to leave the office because she didn't let them know she was going to be late, despite the fact that her Modivcare failed to send her ride and she had to order a lyft last minute. Jennifer specifically told me if you're gonna be late, call ahead either before they open or the day before and leave a message at the office if you do.

I got my widsom teeth removed here, i was very nervous to do so as i didnt want to be awake or feel pain, but they all were so kind, the doctor i saw was Dr. Camille Marquis, she answered all my questions and when she was doing something to me she explained what was going on which was highly appreciated and helped me feel more calm. The assistants ana, ruth, johona and sue were all amazing! Thank you guys for making this such an easy process!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out about a week ago, and I was super nervous going in. The dental assistant that was helping me (I forgot her name) was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable being there, I wish I remembered her name. Everyone at the front was so nice too! I was in and out within the hour; the procedure was done very quickly. The surgeon was very upfront about what was going on and was very nice. They had music playing which really calmed my nerves. I was recommended here by my older sister and I highly recommend coming here!

Dr. Marquis and Ruth were amazing! They were both so patient and understanding with me. Dr. Marquis explained everything step-by-step and made me feel comfortable, even though I was freaking out. THE BEST ORAL SURGEON IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING SERVICED BY!!! Would most DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

The staff was friendly and professional. They were very helpful with scheduling the appointment and answering any questions we had. Dr. Gugala was great! He took his time to explain everything about the procedure and made sure that we were okay with it. He listened carefully to any questions we had and answered everything in a clear way. Both Dr. Gugala and his assistant explained the after care instructions and made sure we understood everything. They even called few hours later to check on my son to make sure he was okay. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery!

For the last two years I was trying to remove my winsdon tooths and when to diferent locations. No other place felt capable to remove my winsdon tooths due to the position of the tooth, age and my diabetes. Dr Marquese and her team performed the removal for all four of my Winston tooths with no pain involved. I am very happy with the surgery and I definitely appreciate it, I highly recommend this location team and Doctor Marquese. Thank you for helping me. ENS

Good dentist. Took very good care of my mom. I was called 3 times before her appointment to confirm the date, time and amount to be spent. Almost $2700 was to be paid out of pocket. When we arrived and we went to pay with a credit card... it was then that I was informed that there was a 3.5% fee that they needed to add to a credit card. Instead, I decided to take out cash to pay them. Once I came back with the cash... I was asked if I had exact change. Luckily I did because I asked them... if I didn't have exact change, did you guys not have change to give me back? And I was told no, they did not have change to give me. My tip is if you're paying out of pocket. Pay with a debit card or bring the exact amount. These things should be mentioned on every call that's being made to confirm the upcoming appointments.

Had a very good experience both times I've been here! Today I had a procedure was in and out the office within 20 minutes max! The entire office has been extremely friendly and accommodating! Ruth was assisting me today. She made me feel extremely comfortable, was very helpful and answered all my questions. My Dr was wonderful and explained step by step what was going on making me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an oral surgeon!

So happy with my decision to go here! The staff is super friendly, professional, understanding, caring, and helpful. I was terribly nervous but Dr. Marquis was non-judgmental, made me feel comfortable, and gave me so much info I didn't even have to ask questions. The whole experience was definitely a relief.

Dr. Marquis is definitely a great human being with high caring, ethical and professional values.. On March 15th she took two wisdom tooth out which one of them had a cyst that needed to be removed. I can tell you, I was expecting for the worst pain ever, but Dr. Marquis did such a great job that was totally the opposite.. I had minimal discomfort and swelling.. They contacted me the next day to check how was l doing. Schedule was fast and simple.. The staff is cordial and professional.. What l like the must, weeks later I experienced some pain, call the office and they schedule a same day appointment.. l feel am in good hands.. l definitely will recommend Dr. Marquis..

By far my best experience at an Oral Surgery office. The staff is nice polite and fast. I was really scared to pullas out my wisdom teeth and they made it so confortable. I didn't feel a thing. And I am a baby when it comes to pais and I can say that I felt nothing. Even we I went home I was not in pais. Just a bit numb and swolen. If it had more stars I would give it to them.

This place is awful and are so not professional. These people don't know how to care of patients or their well being. I came a few weeks ago and my tooth canel was not even done properly!! I ended up in the ER. I recommend not to go there

I caught an infection and was not able to talk for a week because Dr. Marquis' left an open wound in my mouth. The staff doesn't know how to give instructions or schedule appointments. If i could give them zero stars I would!

Just went there for a general extraction but ended up getting 5 teeth including 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I could not have asked for a better job, minimal pain, great service, and they make you feel comfortable above all which is key, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Terrible and unprofessional. I confirmed my appointment with them on a Friday for my Monday appointment and when I got there Monday for my appointment they said they couldn't take me because I never confirmed my appointment! I did and I actually showed the woman at the front desk my cell phone to prove it after she kept insisting that I never called to confirm, basically insinuating I was lying! If this is any indication of how this office operates then I am so glad I never made it in to see the oral surgeon!!!
