Unfortunately my experience was an eight month long nightmare filled with empty promises and false reassurances. Beginning with the horrible temporary denture that I had to "live with" for eight months (not 6) that made eating and speaking extremely difficult. And finally ending with an okay smile that is not even close to what was promised. I feel like I did get "one size fits all" implant supported dentures and they don't fit me. At the end, I was straight up lied to and I will never set foot in their office again. Nor will I ever refer anyone to them.

This place takes all of your money but will never be on time for your appointment on time. They don't care if you drive an hour to the location, they will make you wait 1 hour- 1 hour and a half just to do something that takes 10 minutes or less. I am completely dissatisfied with them. Every single time I have come in for each appointment there is a "new" doctor that takes over the practice and you never even get to know them before they are doing surgery in your mouth. Would not recommend. If I hadn't given them $10,000 already, I would have switched to somewhere that they actually care about their patients.

My experience at nuset was really really good. I didn't account for the pain factor and if you want to be comfortable make sure you do the anesthesia. I will say that the consultation and the insurance and all that comes with it has been unpleasant to deal with. The gal that does consultation seemed very pleasant up until when it was time to make payment to go ahead with the procedure. She made it sound like well now that it's time to pay I don't imagine we'll be hearing from you. She made me very uncomfortable. Then trying to figure out if they take my insurance or not or trying to get money back from my insurance was a nightmare and the receptionist & consultant lady made it so you felt guilty trying to get reimbursed. So make sure you know whether or not your insurance uses them. They will run you around backwards and forwards and make it like it's your fault. Also beings my procedure has been done while all the covid-19 issues are happening it's taken way longer than it should have normally. So short of the consultation and the receptionist all the staff was great and exceeded expectations. I believe that they are the best & the best priced & I shopped around at several places & this was the lowest price I found. I should have it all done by January 2021and it started in Dec 2019. So be prepared it's not one day like some commercials will tell you.

This place is amazing, they really care and want their patients to be highly satisfied. I was very pleased with my temporary, they looked awesome. Cant wait to even look better with the permanent ones. I am one that don't deal with pain. After my treatment I didn't feel any pain and didn't even have to take medication for discomfort. I highly recommend this place.

This was a total waste of time and money. There was nobody there qualified to give me a treatment plan going forward, witch they say on their site you will leave with a treatment plan? Well, I have no idea what it's going to cost or what needs done. I'm told 10-16k just for the top as they stated (Their Not Oral Surgeon's) just dentist, so they are not sure. I'm Disabled and we drove 3 hours 1 way to this location for nothing witch caused me extreme pain. I left with no idea what to do next. Just was told they would get back to me later. And they refuses to give me a copy of my CT I asked for. Now I guess I'll go to Clear Choice Dental instead. This office is no different than almost every other Dentist Office out there and what is offered. If you value your time and are wanting this done with confidence, you might want to look elsewhere. My wife took off work to take me to this appointment and now we still have No Treatment Plan and my wife lost 8 hours pay $400. But who cares, they dont. The lady who took the Xray and initial consult was an amazing person and the only one who made us feel welcome. I believe (Kayla) was her name. I dont want my review to reflect upon her. She was 10 out 10 and super pleasant. The only good part was Kayla who did the consulting. Once the "fill in Dentist" walked in my wife and I knew instantly, she did not want to work with me. No eye contact, empathy or anything. Maybe spent 3 minutes with us. We left very offended that they scheduled the appointment without the people there to do the work or complete the consultation. I was even told they dont know what there own oral surgeon charges. You make your own choices but for me I dont think this is going to be the place me or my family. In my opinion, they simply don't want to work on me because I'm disabled. I recieved and email today 5 days after my appointment saying they are not even going to review my case. I asked for a copy of my CT and they have refused to give it to me so I can move forward and find treatment. In my opinion they broke their oath and caused sever emotional pain and suffering . I think I'm going to report this to the local news. I feel discriminated against.

Honestly, this is the BEST place to start your new implant adventures!! Do not waste another minute..this is the real deal! This decision has been one of the hardest decisions we have had to make. From the very first appointment, we knew we had found the place for us. The price is extremely affordable and they have several options to pick from. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Michelle Caldwell during our first visit and she truly understands the negative impact dental imperfections have on someone's life. Every appointment is ENJOYABLE (yes, I did just use the word enjoyable to describe a dentist appointment). The staff is so kind and patient with us as we continuously ask questions and then re-ask the same questions. We look forward to seeing the team at NuSet...they are like the "CHEERS" of dentist offices. As soon as we arrive, they are whisking us into the room to get our next phase underway. I have yet to sit in the waiting room for more then 5minutes. They are so great at what they do; the wax denture (temporary denture) fits better than my everyday denture ever has..I cannot wait until the entire process is over (much, much shorter time frame then I expected). The only thing I regret is waiting so long to move into NuSet Implants. I am excited about the outcome of my new teeth but most importantly, I am ready to go Jet skiing again!!

I'm 25 years old with implant dentures!! So my smile is very important to me. NuSet has changed my life. I walked in with the worst dentures, I couldn't eat with them and didn't want to smile! NuSet completely changed my smile. I actually smile now show all my teeth. I can eat without worry of my dentures coming out. The best part is no more glue! My implants feel just like I have my actual teeth back. Dr. Edward Ruvins has been amazing. This whole process has been pain free and actually very enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable. Dr. Edward and the entire NuSet team have been wonderful and made me feel beyond comfortable. If your smile is important to you, as my smile is to me, you'll go to NuSet. I went to other implant dental offices and NuSet made me feel like I wasn't just a patient, they actually really care and want the best and strongest smile for you. I've talked to friends and family who went to other offices and they all said they wish they knew about NuSet before getting the implants. I highly recommend if you can looking for implants to check out NuSet.

I highly recommend NuSet Dental Implant Center. I am impressed with their dental implant costs especially for the all on 4 procedure. I know the pricing of other implant centers and NuSet Dental is not only more affordable but also maintains the highest quality. They use new technology that makes it more affordable. I have seen first hand their process, and results. I have seen the multiple options available for full mouth solutions. You wont experience a 1 size fits all treatment, because they have options that are customized to your needs. Their doctors have placed thousands of dental implants so I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone. This is coming from someone who knows this industry well. You will not find a company that is more honest and will deliver your new smile at the highest quality.

I highly recommend NuSet dental for any and everyone! I lost my teeth back when I was 17 in a car accident. I have had many procedures over the years and because of this had bad anxiety every time I need to go to the dentist. Dr. Ruvins and his staff have put my mind at ease. I am so grateful that I found NuSet. And the choices you have! I can afford to have the full dental implants . Dr. Ruvins has made the process of getting those implants relaxing and stress free. I can't even explain how important that is to me . Dr. Ruvins is a genius!

On the recommendation of my dentist, I went to NuSet. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr.Ruvins, he was amazing. My implant surgery was almost painless and I felt the support of his team when I had many questions. The office is simply one of the best I have been to and they worked with my travel schedule so I did not miss any work commitments. Thank you!
