Dr. Stuart Nunnally is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio (1980). He maintains an integrative biological dental practice in Marble Falls, Texas where he and his partners have treated patients from all fifty states and forty-seven countries.
Dr. Nunnally is chairman of the jawbone osteonecrosis committee of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. He holds fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry and in the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology.
Dr. Nunnally is board certified in naturopathic medicine and is board certified in integrative biologic dental medicine. He is licensed in intravenous conscious sedation and is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiologists. He serves on the teaching faculty of the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine and The American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, and he frequently teaches on all aspects of biological dentistry.
Dr. Lane Freeman returned to join her childhood dental practice in 2002, after completing her undergraduate work at the University of Texas in Austin and receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UT Health Science Centers top rated dental school in San Antonio. Dr. Freeman has completed numerous hours of continuing education in the fields of biological dentistry and is also certified in IV conscious sedation. She is an accredited member of the IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology), member of the American Institute of Implant Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Heart of Texas Dental Association. Dr. Freeman has a passion for educating her patients on the relationship between their oral health and overall systemic health. In addition to her practice in Marble Falls, Dr. Freeman enjoys participating in mission experiences both locally and abroad. Her vision, and that of the entire staff, is to exceed each patients expectations every time.
Dr. Freeman and her husband, Rusty, have two children (and 3 dogs), and enjoy snow skiing, sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family. She feels blessed by the Lord to be able to practice with such an amazing staff.
Dr. Owens has practiced at Nunnally Freeman and Owens since 2008. Dr. Owens obtained her undergraduate degree from McMurry University in Abilene, TX and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery at UT Health Science Center San Antonio. During her time in practice, Dr. Owens has completed numerous post-graduate educational seminars including an advanced certification in IV sedation. Dr. Owens practice philosophy centers around the whole patient. She is a member of the Heart of Texas Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and an accredited member of the IAOMT.
Dr. Owens is married to her college sweetheart Bramer, and they have two beautiful daughters, Grace and Emma. Outside of work; Dr. Owens enjoys outdoor activities, playing with her Goldendoodle, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Rich Dorsey attended Texas Tech University for his undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He then earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Dorsey moved to Alice, Texas where he practiced general dentistry for over 27 years. During his time in Alice, Dr. Dorsey was active in the community serving as president of the local chapter of Rotary International as well as spending his free time coaching youth sports.
Dr. Dorsey and his wife Kris have two children, Parker and Preston. Outside of work, Dr. Dorsey and Kris spend their free time outdoors with their boys enjoying golf, cycling, and being around animals. They also enjoy following sporting events at their alma mater Texas Tech University.

In order to prevent as much disease as possible and recommend sensible treatment options based on your individual needs, our dental examinations are absolutely thorough and meticulous, using the latest diagnostic tests, including some you may not have seen before.
Until recently, there simply werent any tests capable of detecting early periodontal (gum) infections. X-rays could detect bone loss and periodontal probing could measure tissue loss, but only after the destruction had already occurred. Youll be glad to know that there are now sophisticated microbiological tests that can detect early gum infections, sometimes before any damage has occurred.
Periodontal diseases are casued by specific types of bacteria. If youre infected, the inflammation slowly destroys gums and supporting bone. Gum infections can also affect your entire body, significantly increasing the risk of heart disease, strokes (300% greater risk), diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and oral cancer. In women, they increase the risk of pre-term births by 700%! More teeth are now lost to periodontal diseases than to tooth decay!
Thirty percent of children are already infected as are 90% of adults. Thirty-seven percent of adults have severe forms of the disease but, becasue its usually painless, most people arent even aware they have it. You should also know that periodontal infections are contagious. If youre infected, theres a high chance that those close to you, including children, may also be infected.
Our office is now equipped with a state-of-the-art Phase Contrast Video Microscope. By looking at the kinds of bacteria in your mouth, we can tell lin a few minutes whether youre infected with high risk bacteria much earlier than was possible even a few years ago. If you are infected, there are several treatment options. Well explain the benefits of each to help you make the best treatment decision based on your personal needs and financial situation. My wife started having trigeminal nerve pain earlier this year and we went to see a dentist in Branson to see if we could find anything that would help. The pain got to the point that meds were prescribed but we knew that wasn't a good or long-term solution. The first dentist recommended Dr Nunnally so we scheduled an appt and have been more than impressed. He found a few things that the first dentist missed and she's having a procedure today to get those things repaired. The staff has been personable, extremely kind, and I couldn't recommend Dr Nunnally more! I'm sitting now in one of their waiting rooms and even it's over the top nice. We will definitely come back for dental visits no matter how far we have to drive.

Absolute best dentist ever. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know how to use natural medicine to enhance dentistry services. I had my silver filling removed and i've never felt better. I put it off for 15 years and after it was done I have no idea why I waited so long. It was and continues to be a great experience each and every time I go there. Thankful to have this exceptional team near where I live.

Dr. Freeman preformed an extensive surgery and I have to say it was one of the most amazing experiences I've had when it comes to medical procedures. The staff is amazing, Dr. Freeman was very patient and explained everything in detail. I would recommend anyone needing excellent dental care to contact them.

Nancy won both my social security and ltd case. It was a tough one because I had Chronic Lyme Disease which most western doctors do not see as a real thing. I am very grateful to her and her firm. I don't want to be too critical, but I gave a four star review because two things were not good from my experience. 1. Honesty. I was pitched by Nancy that she would write a 50 page appeal and she wrote an 8 page appeal that did not have my correct professional title which was very odd and did not really reflect the severity of my health. I was also told she would follow up with me a few times and it never happened. 2. Communication. They had a lot of turn over at the firm. I dealt with roughly 6 people total and at times it felt like I had to re-explain where we were at. I wouldn't get responses via email very often after calling too. I had to continually follow up to be sure I had the write documents and if I didn't I do not know if the case would have won. At the end of the day she won so I am very happy and thankful I chose to work with Nancy. Thanks for everything :).

They do a good job but its disappointing that they don't offer a veterans discount. The oral surgeon that we went to for the implants did offer a 5% discount.

I liked the Dr, but she was talking very close to my face during the height of covid! Office wasn't wearing masks on my visits. Overall, I would find another dentist as I have done. Good luck!

This is without a doubt the best dentist office I have ever been to! I have had a ton of dental work done throughout my life and I have hated every dentist experience... except this one. Every aspect of the experience is absolutely top notch. I just had my mercury fillings removed today and cavitation work done. It was done all in one sitting and I am sitting here 4 hours after the procedure and I feel fantastic. I will never even consider going to another dentist, no matter how far away I may live! If you are looking at other dentist offices, just stop. You're not going to find a better one.

I first heard about Dr. Nunnaly on Evan Brand's podcast. I looked him up and emailed his office. The customer specialist I was in contact with (Wendy, who was just amazing!!) said they could review my panoramic X-ray I had done in the last year or so and provide me with an evaluation and a treatment plan, including fees, which they did. Their attention to detail was fantastic! They planned out everything for me. I could see an itemized list of all the work that needed to be done. And they even offered to have a caregiver drive me to and from their office on my surgery days. And the fees were reasonable! Thank you, Wendy and doctors, for your amazing customer service, reasonable fees and superb attention to detail.
