As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.

Most kids are ready to leave the dentist's chair soon after they sit down. But, when Dr. Nunn was a young boy, he was fascinated by dental visits, taking note of everything going on inside and outside his mouth. Combined with his love of science and interest in healthcare, he decided to become a dentist.

In 2000, Dr. Nunn graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and moved from his native state to Nashville, Tennessee. Three months later, he acquired the 30-year practice of Donald G. Osten, DDS and re-established it as Nunn Family Dentistry.

Dr. Nunn left dental school with much more than a diploma - it was there that he met his wife, Gina. Together they have two children, Andy and Mary. 'I always think about them when i head to the office,' Dr. Nunn says. 'They give every day a purpose.'

To Dr. Nunn, dentistry is about more than telling people to floss. 'I love that I 'm always learning, whether it 's about new technology or people,' he says. 'General practitioners are in and out with patients in 10 minutes. I get to spend time with people and find out about their kids, their parents, where they 're from, and what they do. That 's interesting to me.'

Outside the office, Dr. Nunn can be found at home with his family, playing lunch lady at his children's school, coaching his son from the sidelines of youth soccer fields and basketball courts, enjoying his daughter's ballet recitals and choir concerts, and either playing sports or watching them. He's a fully dedicated husband and father...except for a few hours on Saturdays between August and January, when his beloved Crimson Tide takes the field.

Cori graduated from Western Kentucky University of Bowling Green, KY with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. Cori is a native of Nashville, TN. She has been with Nunn Family Dentistry since 2007 and strives to provide her patients with the best possible oral healthcare.

Katrina joined Dr. Nunn's team as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2014. Helping others is her drive in life. She thoroughly enjoys the role she fulfills in assisting patients as they journey to optimal oral health. Katrina is married, has a background and passion for dance and photography, giving others a reason to smile, and she loves animals.

Mandy graduated from KAPLAN in 2009 as a Registered Dental Assistant. Her license includes Radiology and Nitrous certification. Along with the whole staff, she is certified CPR with the American Heart Association. Mandy loves to work with the patients and educate them on their oral health. She has been with our family since the Fall of 2009. In September of 2017, she joined the Administration team and now does Insurance and Financial planning for all of our patients. She has 2 sons, 2 dogs and a bearded dragon. Mandy loves DENTISTRY and people.

Jessica graduated from Southern University of Shreveport, Louisiana as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Jessica moved to Nashville in late 2016 with her now husband and has thoroughly enjoyed working for Dr. Nunn. Prior to hygiene school, Jessica was a dental assistant which sparked her interest in dentistry even more. Jessica is passionate about dentistry and loves her patients!
