I went in today for a dental visit for the first time at Balance Advanced (I haven't been to a dentist in a while...I was a little nervous and showed up 30 min early to make sure all my paperwork and everything was great). They were all patient, sweet, kind people and were very welcoming.

I've been coming here for about eight months. My best friend recommended this practice and told me that they were very nice. I can definitely vouch for that. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming and inviting. They are always on top of things and make sure that everyone is taken care of. If they ever get behind they make sure everyone has been seen even if it's past closing. Is that kind of dedication that makes me want to come here and even recommend others to come here. If you're looking for a place that's friendly and family oriented, and cares about you as a customer please consider this practice. Not only do I feel like I'm at home but I also feel like I'm cared about and that goes along way.

The best dentist office I've ever been to! Always sanitary, accommodating, amazing and professional staff, and the best dentists. Very detailed with each step of what they are doing and why it's being done. My teeth are sensitive and it's usually a nightmare with cleanings but I've never had an issue here. I drive an hour one way just to keep using them since my move.

This place is so great and Dr. Hernandez is so good and talented! I was so scared of my wisdom teeth surgery and how I was not going to be 100% asleep, but it was such an easy experience. It did not hurt at all, my face barely swoll and I did not feel any pain. I highly recommend this place for all your dentist needs :)

I had the best experience today with my cleaning and tooth cavity. Dr. Claudia has amazing hands she is super gentle when she put my anesthesia. I didn't feel it. Also Dr. Ruth, did an amazing job cleaning. Sandra is super friendly, helping the Doctors. And Andrea always diligent with her customer service. AMAZING I'm happy I had found such a great place with professionals and amazing human beings.

Nukoa Family is such a nice place that you forget you're at the dentist. From the secretary to the high hygienist, the dentist and the manager, every one there is so friendly, professional, kind, and nice that they make you feel good about going to the dentist. They are helpful and understanding. They are the best!!! Dora Gonzalez went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. Best dental office EVER!!!! Highly recommended.
