I don't recommend if you're getting a wisdom tooth removal or root canal. I got my wisdom tooth removed here and they were so slow, the dentist also pulled my lips apart so much he caused a tear and I was bleeding from the corner of my lip. They didn't put me to sleep or give me gas, just injections (I still felt pain from the pressure). They also didn't treat my cavities. I told them I had tooth pain and they said I was fine and had no cavities. Later on I went to a different dentist and they find cavities in the areas were I was having tooth pain...

Dr. Daniel who is there Thursday's is skilled , communicative and professional. Also Angie and Jocelyn in the front office are very much professional, welcoming and caring. Im glad I found this office. Im very much satisfied that I'm in the right hands

I went for my second visit because the first visit the x-ray equipment was completely broken, I had explained to the dentist and dental assistants there's a had to make an emergency appointment with another dentist while I waited to see them because the pain in my mouth was so bad. I come back a week later when they finally have the equipment working in hopes to get some help, but this time they just wanted to start a root canal without even getting an approval from my insurance so I would know if a crown would be covered which I am about certain it is not covered by my insurance. So I feel they were about to put me in a situation where I would have no choice but to pay them whatever amount they would eventually end up telling me it would cost to finish the work I need.... It's very disappointing my local dentist which is also the first dentist in this town besides the children's dentist on the other side of town, is a facility I was not happy with And I literally I am on my way to the emergency room because of the pain I am in because the lack of help I would not recommend distances to anybody

The first time I went was great. Both my father & I went in & were out within an hour and a half. Today I went in and waited 2 hours just to be seen by the dentist only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do any work on me because "they had other patients" & that because they had to do an extraction on another patient I would have to schedule an appointment for another day. I drove an hour to get there & waited over 2 hours (ended up being almost 3 hours total) only to be told no work would be done today & that I needed to come back. It was a complete waste of time. Also person in charge of taking x-rays isn't trained in proper decontamination & I suspect that may have been the reason I caught covid a week after my first visit. Let me explain, she puts on gloves & sticks these plastics in your mouth takes them out and switches them as needed right before she manipulates the x-ray machine with those same dirty gloves but that's not the worse part. When she's done taking x-rays she doesn't wipe down the machine at all. She just secured it inside the cupboard & closed the doors. So everyone who gets an x-rays done also gets a mouth full of everyone else's germs because they don't bother to sanitize. As I sat there passing the 2.5 hour mark I realized there's no reason for me to drive so far for terrible service. I ended up telling the receptionist that if they couldn't do anything for me today that I would go elsewhere. They tried to get me in on a day I work but given the wait time I experienced today & the horrendous hygiene practices, I decided it wasn't worth it.

It's not a surprise that the 5 star ratings are 4 yrs or older & the 1 stars are current..I was first there 2 yrs ago and the service was so/so..( 3 star) and as of today they have earned a 1 star.. everyone needs to find a new career except for Angie (front desk ) she's polite & professional... When you loose focus on what's important ( customer service ) you need to adjust , focus and restart or just simply change career...
