I'd like to first share that, I'm extremely afraid of the dentist because of needles. Well this is honestly the best dentist visit I've ever had. The receptionists are awesome, patient, kind and gorgeous..I was able to make payments at my pace. The Dr.Dentist was awesome, he was very attentive, but yet quick with the work.I am super duper happy with my new smile. Thank you Nuevo Dental

My son was a patient there until today. My husband had always been the one to take him in to his appointments and I never heard a complain from either of them. However, with my husband out of town, today I had to deal with the office and it was not a pleasant experience. I spoke with a Kathy to whom I had to repeat myself to about 3-4 times because she was obviously talking to someone else at the same time as me. After finally explaining the need to have my son seen as soon as possible and asking for the next available appointment, she said MAYBE sometime next week, I asked if they took walk in's and she said "yes, but that would be unfair to the walk in's that we've already scheduled" I tried to express my concern and she interrupted me and asked "do you know what I mean, it's not fair to the other patients that have waited for this walk in scheduled appointment" Does this even make sense ?!?!? Needless to say, my son has an appointment next Monday at a different dental office with great reviews, not to mention how professional and courteous the staff member was on the phone. Being a health care professional myself I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I will not trust my son's dental care to an office who doesn't care !!!!

I have been going to this dentist and I love the way the staff cares about my daughter and myself! They have done a great job on our teeth. We've had a lot of work on our teeth from root canals, crowns, cavity fillings and routine cleanings. I recommend this location for both children and adults.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took my 8 year old with tooth ache they performed XRAy and Doctor just went in looked at it and left ! The new assistant said " oh Dr. said she has an infection" that was all ! I asked to speak with the Doctor since I had questions ?! Were they going to put her on antibiotics ? Were they going to remove the tooth ? She went asked him but never came to speak with me. He was too busy assisting his next patient. Iwaited for so long for the Doctor. All they care is to make money. They don't care about patients. The Doctor doesn't speak to you and if he does he is short and cut. On a different day They put an adult crown instead of using a kids crown it looked huge! the Crown was too big. They performed a cleaning and she lightly brushed her teeth in less than 2 minutes doing such a bad job ! had to pay for another cleaning at a different office ! Awful experience. don't take your kids to Nuevo Perris Dental. I regret not looking for another Doctor before ! Thank God I found Southern California Dental Best in Murrieta ! It's worth the drive I can assure !

Was given the intention that I was going to get attended to remove some wisdom teeth before hand and yet when I went to wait two hours to do the procedure the dentist said he couldn't do the procedure anymore. Next time don't tell your patients the wrong information!

OMG, I had a tooth surgically extracted here. The dentist was fabulous, today is the day after and I have no pain. What a great experience for something so traumatic. I really recommend this dentist, and his staff was the best.
