I highly recommend going to this location or any of their locations. He took my daughter's tooth out with no problem. The staff was super friendly and won't keep you waiting a long time. Dr. Addison was very professional and answered all of our concerns. He called the day after her surgery to check on her. You will not be disappointed with anything. I am so grateful that they seen her quickly. Keep up the good work! I recently had Dr. Addison remove my wisdom tooth. He did a great job. My jaw feels so much better . Like I said before the staff is great and very professional. Dr. Addison will fix you up and you will start feeling better in no time. I highly recommend going to this location or any location if you are suffering from any type of pain. Keep up the great work guys!!!! 10-28-2022 My daughter kassy went back to have her second tooth removed. Dr. Addison did a great job again! Dr. Addison and his team were great. Everyone was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. They did a great job extracting my wisdom teeth. My recovery is going very well; little to no swelling and barely any pain. This was my first experience with Nu Image and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Addison.

I had a great experience at Nu Image! I saw Dr Neshat to have a molar pulled after I cracked it. He is amazing!!! He was patient with my questions and explained the process well. Dr Neshat made me feel comfortable and eased my fears. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the procedure and my recovery too. I am going back in a few months for the implant. If you are trying to decide between Nu Image and a different practice, I would highly recommend Nu Image. Don't give it a second thought. I ended up at Nu Image after going somewhere else first. My primary dentist gave me 2 referrals (Nu Image and Tar Heel Perio). I was able to get a quicker appointment at Tar Heel Perio but it turned out to be an unpleasant experience. I thank my lucky stars that it was. Otherwise I would not have ended up at Nu Image.

Dr. Addison and his team were great. Having oral surgery is never fun but when you're in need of it, this is an excellent place to get it done. The technicians/surgical assistants were so nice and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable prior to going under for surgery. I have notoriously difficult veins to stick and they were able to get it on the first try, despite me being dehydrated, which I was both impressed with and grateful for. They also sent me home with a cup of ice cream which was a sweet gesture and called and checked on me the day after surgery. Overall a great experience for something as unpleasant as wisdom teeth removal!

This was my second implant at Nu Image and another 5 star experience. My first was done about 16 years ago by Dr. Neshat and Dr. Addison did my second one this week. The staff from the receptionist to the surgical assistants are so nice and competent! Mine was not an easy case and Dr. Addison was patient and concerned and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Neshat did an amazing job removing my 4 wisdom teeth. At first I was very nervous about the procedure but him and his team who removed it did a great job! I would really recommend him if this is your first time getting your wisdom teeth removed.

My experience at Nu Image was completely awesome. The North Raleigh office is lovely, with sweet front office staff, and complimentary coffee and snacks, for those having to wait. My procedure was with Dr. Neshat and he put me at ease from the from the consultation through the procedure and most commendably afterward. He took the time to describe what was going on throughout the procedure while also teaching his dental assistant about the procedure. Then, what really knocked my socks off was that Dr. Neshat took the time to personally call and check on me a few hours after the procedure, on a Friday afternoon, no less! I can count on one finger how many times that has happened to me before! David, the dental assistant who helped, me was friendly and kind; and with a teacher like Dr. N, David will become a great dentist, as well. To make a pleasant closure to what could have been a stressful event, I was offered ice cream to sooth the pain away! The day I went was the 20th anniversary of the founding of Nu Image and I wish them another 20 years, and more, of treating patients so well.

This practice deserves a ZERO. I received at least 8 texts and such saying "Please confirm" and "Your Appointment is at XX:XX". I showed up on time, paperwork had already been filled out online. I sat down, 3 other people already waiting. I waited 40 minutes. I finally asked if there was an issue and I was told that "she would check". She came back and said "oh the doctor is running behind". As if she didn't know that when I checked in? Pretty obvious based on the other people already waiting. I sat back down, 5 minutes later a tech comes out and hands me something and we go into an exam room. He said "that's for your trouble". It was a $5 Starbucks gift card. I asked how much longer to see the doctor and he said the doctor was with another patient. I said I have another appt at 4pm, no one ever explained I would have to wait over an HOUR to see the doctor. I had asked how long initial consults take -when I made the appt - and was told about an hour. Technically, I should have had MORE than enough time. However, waiting over an hour wasn't added into that "hour" time frame. I asked for my scans and left. The patient's time is apparently not important to anyone in this group. Perhaps the doctors are overbooking right and left to make more money? Regardless, waiting almost an hour - UNACCEPTABLE. Handing out a $5 gift card as that makes it all better? SHAME ON YOU.

The staff was very informative and assured that I was comfortable before and after my surgery. I had Dr. Addison along with the assistants Julia, Eva, and Kelly. They listened to any requests I had and helped ease the anxiety I had for extracting my wisdom teeth. Furthermore, Dr. Addison followed up with me a few days after my surgery, which was a very nice touch for me. They also made sure that the person who drove me was informed of anything they would need to do on my behalf. I would recommend this center to anyone!

My husband had a tooth extracted and the staff was wonderful from start to finish. Ashley and Dixon truly went above and beyond. My car wouldn't start and when I asked for help, Dixon did not hesitate to help. Ashley grabbed her car keys and willingly jumped my car. Thank you so much Dixon and Ashley. I appreciate you!
