Dr Rahmat & all of her staff are amazing. I admit I was a bit nervous coming here the first time but they were all so friendly, welcoming, and most importantly, gentle. My children are also patients here & they agree Dr Rahmat is the best!

Today was my first time at this dentist office. Such a wonderful staff. Everyone listened to my dental concerns and addressed them. Also my dental anxiety was addressed as well. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I actually can not wait to go back for my 6 month check up.

This dentist office has excellent dentists and staff, they are professional and courteous; additionally their facility in Jackson is very well maintained (both sanitarily & aesthetically). Thank you for your service!

I've been coming here for years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and clean office. They usually have hours after 5 PM which helps me out a lot.

I'm not a very big fan of going to the dentist but I chipped my front tooth and needed to see a dentist. My daughter goes to NU Dental so I called and got in. It was great from the dentist to everyone in the office. Highly recommended. Thank you! See you this week for my cleaning and fillings.

Let's be honest no one likes going to the dentist but Dr S is so comforting & caring! She & her entire staff make you feel like family! They deserve way more than 5 stars!!

It's unfortunate to have to write a poor review.. but I hope this helps someone who's considering NU family dental. I highly recommend finding a practice with more clinical experience. Everyone in the office is very nice, I am speaking on the dental work itself. Please note this is not a judgment based off of a routine visit/cleaning. If you need more than a cleaning, consider seeking elsewhere for better & lasting work.

Excellent people and office. Always make me feel like family. Very welcoming atmosphere. I had braces 3 different times in the span of 8 years. I still had a gap between my teeth and I was told braces are a lost cause at that point. I didn't feel confident with my smile. Dr. Rahmat made the impossible happen with her Invisalign treatment that she gave me and now I can smile again with confidence! I give her 5/5 and highly recommend her for anyone looking to get Invisalign! She is amazing!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Nu Family Dental since I started with them. They helped me out so much in the last few months that it shows how much they care. Eileen at the front desk is such a pleasant personality both on the phone and in the office. I have always gotten quick cleanings at my prior clinic but the amazing dentists and hygienists at NFD take their time and actually consider how you feel (plus they're all so personable). The cleaning is always thorough, never rushes, and comfortable (no more gagging or accidental face washes). I definitely look forward to coming here as long as I can.

Love them. Great team, really professional. Really clean and friendly. We are a military family and have been stationed in different countries, we never had found suck a great team as they are. This is the really great family Dental.

Excellent experience with the staff at NUFD Eilene and Danielle were very professional and caring helping me get into the office safe with the snow and making sure I was comfortable once we got inside. Then the doctor was very knowledgeable and detailed with all the work she preformed today. I strongly urge you if looking for a new dentist to try this practice .When I got home today I told my wife and sons about my experience and made appointments for them in the next couple weeks. Thank you for everything you did for me today I will never forget your professionalism. Can't wait for my next appointment.

I was just there for my semi annual check up yesterday. I am an anxious patient and everyone is so kind and friendly. They make sure I am comfortable and the treatment is very professional. These are the first dentists I have ever been happy to visit and I have recommended them to my friends.
