Dr. Boyle Was Very Patient with me and ALL of my questions and my anxiety about having Two Botched Root Canal teeth (performed By ANOTHER DENTAL Office ) ~extracted. The nursing staff and ladies at the front desk were just as nice as they could be. The only concern I had was ...when I asked Dr. Boyle , "So Doc, Just How Long Ya Been Doin This?" His reply was, "About a Week...Thank God for YouTube Videos!" (lol) Aside From That, ~>

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and a full skull to c-7 fusion. This office was able to treat me with my conditions. (Some offices would not even accept me as a patient due to the rare conditions) The entire staff in Radford and Blacksburg were the nicest people I've met in a drs office. The Surgeon was kind, intelligent, and understanding. They removed three teeth and I am very pleased with my experience.

Very polite staff. From start to finish. Dr James Val. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. We made each other laugh which took a lot off of the anxiety. I recommend their services. Number One..

Had the best experience possible here. Not only were they welcoming, and comforting, but they were also very informative regarding the procedure, aftercare, and future treatment options (we discussed more future options for my teeth than I did at my normal dentist office). The doctor and the assistant (Ashley) were a joy to talk to and helped calm me for the procedure. If you have to get any oral surgery done, I highly recommend this place. 10/10 great doctors who offer the most comfortable experience for their patients.

Doctor, staff and receptionist were all very kind and compassionate and sensitive to my high anxiety level. Doctor had a wonderful bedside manner, a real jokester. Although I was nervous and anxious the little bear the sweet receptionist gave me and the laughing gas calmed me down so I could have my bad wisdom tooth extracted. Kuddos to every one

Very friendly staff, from the front desk lady to the nurses and the doctor. Needed to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted (right side upper and lower) they were fully grown in, only local numbing needed for the extraction but I was offered laughing gas or full sedation if I wanted, for comfort. Extraction was quick and painless, numbing my mouth took longer than actually pulling the teeth. My appointment was at 10am and I was walking out at 10:34. Your results may vary as all teeth are case by case.

Dr. VanGilder and his staff are wonderful. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The assistant Ashley made sure she knew all my health information and made sure I was comfortable before the dentist came in. She made sure I was taken care of during my extraction. Dr. VanGilder is an outstanding dentist. I've had 4 teeth removed from this facility and each time it's painless. That with molars! Dr VanGilder explains everything and definitely makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain during the procedure. Very kind man. Will continue to go to this facility with all my dental needs.

My dentist referred me to NRV Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for a molar extraction and bone buildup in my jaw. From the time I entered the facility until I returned to my car, only 45 minutes elapsed. During my time in the office, I found the staff to be highly proficient and courteous. Over the years, I have enjoyed having several root canals and other dental procedures performed (e.g., crowns, etc.). My experience with NRV O&M Surgery was hands down, one of the fastest and most efficient experiences of this type I have had. As well, there was minimal discomfort. I highly recommend NRV O&M Surgery.

After an initial scheduled visit time of 11 then I was asked to change it to 12:30 a month prior, A few days prior I was called to see if we could come in later at 2:00 p.m.... then the day of 1 hour before My son's appointment they called and asked us to come within the half hour... I get there and they take my credit card for payment through CareCredit... I asked them the terms I'm signing on and they don't know but I noticed on the receipt it says 12 months no interest... Which I'm more than happy with... Then I'm told that because the tooth is impacted I will have to pay another $140... When charging it on the same Care credit card I ask about terms and she says it shouldn't have been placed on 12 months but they can't change it now and this one might go on 2 months which I told her sounds odd... After she charges that I notice on the receipt it says 26.99% interest and question her about it and she says there's nothing that she can do to change anything because she already ran it! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

I made my first-ever visit to the office today for the extraction of a wisdom tooth. Dr. Boyle, Wanda and Karen and the office staff made the experience as simple, pleasant, and painless as getting a tooth pulled could possibly be. Thank you for your professionalism and your sense of humor!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. Kind, personable, professional folks did a fabulous job keeping me comfortable, calm and relaxed. When you can almost fall asleep while someone is extracting a tooth you've found something pretty special.. Thanks to everyone who helped me today! C. Bauer
