2 weeks after oral surgery for ridge augmentation I couldn't figure out why I was in so much pain. I thought I had a sinus infection, however an X-ray revealed tooth #5 was infected and needed an immediate root canal (stitches were still along outside of lower jaw). The pain made me nauseous and I couldn't get anyone to see me without a 10 day wait. Dr. Eddy recommended Novick Endodontics and Shannon got me in within 24 hours. They were all so kind and made sure that the seat didn't go back too far in the event I was sick. The entire procedure took an hour and a half. The room has a large window and my daughter parked her car right out the front so I could see her waiting. Dr. Novick's assistant was kind and caring. She made a plan in the event I was in pain during the procedure and half way through there was a break when I was able to get up and use the bathroom. Everything is up to date in the office and spotlessly clean. I had a lot of fear the pain would not go and it took two weeks to feel 100% back to normal. I phoned the office twice and received advice that proved exact. I waited until I met with my dentist to write this review. Can 100% recommend Dr. Novick for his skill and immediate care during a very stressful time.

Dr. Novick is professional and efficient. He and Julisa (a staff member at the front desk) are both friendly as well! My consultation went smoothly. However, Shannon (another staff member at the front desk) was quite rude and kept insisting that I must be married because my last name is Connors, when in essence Connors is my family name. She also asked repeatedly if I'm pregnant after I already told her I'm not. In addition to her tone of voice and attitude, I felt weirded out. Aside from that, my experience was overall pleasant.

I needed to have rework performed on a tooth that had a root canal six years prior. Dr. Novick and his team performed the work in about about an hour and a half. Dr. Novick is a master of his craft.

Not sure if it was just a bad day but the receptionist was very condescending and borderline rude. i felt like i was being judged for everything i told her that was going on as she made it clear that i need to put a deposit down and have insurance which i do but it seemed like that's all she cared about and after the attitude i received i was not comfortable giving them anything. Luckily i contacted another expert endo office and they got me in and out a lot sooner and even was a lot nicer! kindness goes a long way even if you aren't able to help for whatever reason. i'm glad some people seem to have a good experience with this office but sadly for me it was not the case.

I was only suppose to get a consiltation and then they did my root canal right there. They pushed the man behind me back 20 or 30 minutes. Dr. Novick and his crew mad me feel safe and calm with my dental anxitey. He was very kind and made sure i was comfertable. The lobby and back is calming and everyone cares about your well being. They did the root canal fast and painless. This endodontist is calm and stress free. I would highly recomend.

There are decent people working at this dentist office. Although their policy is to hold $100 for your appointment which goes toward your copay it was discovered that I was referred by mistake and they are not in my network. Although the 48hr window to cancel the appointment had passed once the oversight was discovered I was still refunded my money. Thank You very much Shannon and Dr. Novick

What a wonderful experience at Novick Endodontics. Like most people I was not looking forward to getting a root canal; I was nervous and scared (especially since I've had some bad dental experiences as a kid). I felt at ease from the moment I called to schedule. Shannon was so nice and helpful during my call and during my visit, she was personable and made me feel comfortable. Once I was back for the procedure AJ made me feel at ease. He explained what was going to happen during the procedure and managed to even get a few laughs out of me. Dr. Novick was very professional and friendly. I felt like they were doing their utmost to make sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. After the procedure I felt great but I am a little "extra"; I called because I was nervous about some post procedure discomfort (which was normal); Dr. Novick was so patient, kind, and reassuring when we spoke and made me feel better immediately. Thank you Shannon, AJ, and Dr. Novick for being so great, I've already told a few people, if you need a root canal, go to Dr. Novick!

Dr. Novick saved my family vacation. Three days before a family trip to Disneyworld I woke up at 3 a.m. with the worst pain I've ever felt. I couldn't sleep. I contacted Dr. Novick that morning, explained the situation and he recommended I see a dentist for x-rays and get them to refer me to him for later that day. Apparently, at some point I cracked my tooth and it got infected...needed a root canal. My experience could not have been better. Dr. Novick and his staff made the procedure go as smoothly as possible. I have never had any dental work done before and Dr. Novick explained everything to me very clearly. If something was going to hurt or could hurt, he let me know ahead of time. I could tell he was not just concerned with fixing my problem, but also making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. If you grew up believing the cliche that having dental work is scary and is going to be painful...go see Dr. Novick and he will change your mind. I wish there were more stars for me to use for this review.

If there were more than 5 starts I could give, I would give it with a heart beat. Dr. Novick took care of my root canal with an excellent job. I felt so much comfortable and the work he and his team did were absolutely amazing.

Absolutely the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had as far as dental care goes!! I was very impressed with Dr. Novick's knowledge. He was very delicate and explained every part of the procedure to keep me calm. His staff also provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Everyone is so friendly, polite and respectful!!! I highly recommend Dr. Novick's office for your dental needs!!!

Least uncomfortable root canal ever! Even the shots barely hurt. Everyone was super nice and reassuring. When I need more dental work I will definitely come back.

First let me start of by saying that the whole experience at Novick Endodontics started off awesome with Ms. Shannon at the front desk. I have really bad dentist anxiety and was nervous from the very start of the telephone call. The conversation with Ms. Shannon from insurance, to out of pocket cost, to the atmosphere when I walked in was phenomenal. Then there was Mr. AJ who was super down to earth, had candid conversation which made my experience even more comfortable for the dreaded root canal. Dr. Novick was so awesome, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed for the 45 minute procedure. Dr. Novick took his time, making sure everything was completed with gentle care. After the procedure was completed Ms. Jolisa went over all all the do's and don'ts and provided paperwork of such. Although I hope too never have to come back (not planning on having another root canal), I would highly recommend Dr. Novick and his team!! If I do come back it will only be to visit and say THANK YOU!!
