Felt no pain during or after my root canal!! Dr. Rybicki is very talented and meticulous.

This is definitely a place to avoid. I had a tooth infection last March, my ex dentist Dr. Paulson sent me to this place (was told for a 3D x-ray to see what to do next). But Dr. Rybicki did not perform any x ray at all and set me up for a root canal right away. During the procedure, he was continually chatting and laughing with the assistant about places they went on vacations instead of focusing on the procedure! very unprofessional at the least. As a result, they cracked my tooth. It had been painful for couple months and my new dentist told me the root canal was not done right and suggested me to have a check. I went back to Dr. Rybicki, he redid the root canal and asked to to come back one week later. When I came back, he told my tooth was cracked and it had to be extracted. After a few months painful experience, I lost a tooth! I highly recommend to shop around alternatives before making a decision.

The dentist is very professional but the secretary sue is terrible And doesn't do her job correctly terrible liar as well

Great doctor! Was in pain because my root canal was poorly done by another doctor (actually several doctors), my dentist send me to dr. Rybicki since it wasn't easy treatment. He called him at 4pm and Dr. Rybicki agree to see me next day. It took me 2 appointment to get my tooth fixed, pain was gone after first one. Thank you, dr. Rybicki for a great job you've done!

Secretary/receptionist HORRIBLE! Ignored us when we arrived except to tell me we'd have to pay for the visit- it was just a consultation! Then she interrupted me in the middle of phone call to tell me to put my mask on, right after I told her we'd both been FULLY VACCINATED- ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS- she should be in the back working with the files not dealing with people! I'm very disappointed as we were looking forward to meeting the doctor. My dentist, who is wonderful, recommended this doctor for my son's root canal.

I was referred by Dr Ross, to come to see Dr Rybicki, let me tell you it was amazing!!! I had to have a root canal, something I have never had, and was so nervous. I was so happy when the dr's Assistant ( I wish I could remember her name so sorry) told me not to worry it will be painless. It was I did not even feel the shots. The whole thing went so well. Everyone in that office is so incredible.They were so kind and friendly. Dr. Rybicki is also fantastic. While I was there someone walked in with and issue and even though he had appointments to take care of he still was going to make the time to help this person out! Seriously so kind. If you are looking for an office to get your root canal done this is your place. I can not say enough about them. Also that night I was sore, but nothing bad at all. I can not thank you guys enough, for making this experience work out so good for me. Keep up the great work. Nadine

I needed a root canal, as confirmed by my dentist, and my tooth was hurting for three months. Rybicki said that he just needed to drill it down and it would be fine LOL. That did not help. Then COVID hit and they canceled my root canal and said they would only fix it if I couldn't sleep. Finally was able to make an appointment and I thought it was tomorrow and when I called them to confirm they said it was this morning and I missed it. The staff rudely added that they don't make confirmation calls and that next I should carefully add the appointment to my calendar. I did not feel valued or supported and the last thing I would want is this place drilling into my mouth.

Best root canal ever! They were able to schedule me in quickly. My appointment time was 11 and I was out the door before noon. Great friendly and efficient staff to complement wonderful in gentle Doc

Had a root canal done from a previous dentist had to have it redone and the doctor did a great job pain free chairside Manor excellent staff very good highly recommend. Definitely would go back if I have any other issues with any other teeth. Would recommend to others.

Dr. Rybicki needs a better staff! I went there on a urgent need to get a root canal redone. Dr. was nice enough to accomodate me the same day, I wish Dr. Rybicki spends little bit more time to talk about the treatment and the details. His staff though can show more care in their job. #1 I was given 3 prescriptions, but the 3rd one printed, was a duplicate of the 2nd one (which I noticed after I went home). #2 I called to get the treatment docs sent to regular dentist's EMAIL. One week passed, they did not do it. #3 Called again, staff asked me to call later, because the right lady was not there. I called again and the lady said the docs were just sent, IN THE REGULAR MAIL (go figure)! I told her (Melissa) that they were supposed to be emailed. She even said she had the email address, I gave last time. I trusted she would send #4 I went to the regular dentist the same day, hoping all docs were sent. I found that some X-Rays were missing!
