I avoided the dentist for a long time out of fear. Dr. Priehs and her staff put me at complete ease. I was also impressed with the modern office and cutting edge equipment. I left my visit with clean teeth and a totally new outlook on dental care. Thanks Novi Family Dental!

This is my first time visit there and I felt really very comfortable. The front staff was very pleasant and nice welcoming. Dr. Tressa Priehs and her staff (Glenda) are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The hygienist (Jessica) is careful & gentle. I highly recommended this place!

I write reviews for a lot of my experiences with different companies. This is the ONLY review that I have ever felt like, I had to do it. The entire staff is top professionals, while still maintaining the "human touch". They don't have a, "one attitude fits all", approach. Recently, I had a situation that was not dire. However, it was unpleasant. I called to make an appointment. I expected to have to wait a week or so. Novi dental saw me that very day. 5 stars for Novi Dental.

My Mom is 83 she had an infected tooth. I called the office and got Michele. She is the kindest, warmest human being on the planet. She helped us get Mom right in that night. We were in and out in 20 mins and it is the best experience we have ever had. Thank God they were taking new patients because they just got 4 new patients. Best ever!

Got right in with an emergency. Dr.Priehs and her staff were so comforting, friendly and welcoming. For someone with high anxiety and lots of dental work needed, i couldn't have asked for better place. THANK YOU!!!!!!
