I thought I was going to have a problem with lower teeth on the weekend. Severe sensitivity appeared Thursday and they got me into the office on Friday. It turned out to be nothing but the office staff were very supportive of what I later considered a false alarm. I felt bad about it but they encouraged me to be on the safe side of these kinds of dental issues, they assured me that they would repeat the effort to solve my concern if the issue arose.

I just recently started going here after not having been to the dentist in 7 years. Everyone was so kind, non judgemental, and helped me to better understand what all was going on. They didn't try to push me to get things done I didn't need, in fact this was the first dentist I have seen that told me I didn't need my wisdom teeth out and I could keep them, rather than pushing me to just get the procedure done. They were so kind and worked with me on pricing so I could get the care I needed without breaking the bank. I highly highly recommend Dr. Pope and his whole staff to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was a patient of Dr. Novelly for almost 25 years. I didn't think anyone could compare with him. However after my recent appointment I believe Dr. Novelly has found someone as close to his professionalism and cordial personality to take over his practice in Dr. Pope. Everyone in the office was friendly and bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. I always have high expectations and mine were met. If you want to feel confident in your dental health, I recommend you visit this office.

I have been a patient at Novelly for about 6 years. Dr Pope is a highly skilled Dentist who has a staff to match. Aliza is always extremely helpful in any situation and sadly i have had many Dental issues. Dr Pope is very gentle and quickly delivers top notch Dentistry that is hard to come by these days. My most recent visit to Novelly Family Dentistry (as well as all of my visits) went very smoothly.There was & always is a very detailed explanation of the expected outcome of every procedure. After a week and a half post my last procedure the results were better than expected.

I have been putting off seeing a dentist for almost 4yrs due to combination of covid and current insurance I can have doesn't offer dental-- anyways-- everyone was super helpful beginning with Eliza on the initial phonecall, to the young girl at the front desk, and then most importantly Nancy (my dental hygienist). Even got to meet Dr. Brady who was just as kind and helpful. I was embarrassed, discouraged and nervous going in and they all made me feel reassured and encouraged by making my teeth health obtainable within my current means.

Asked about pain management when cleaning my teeth and put numbing cream on my receding gums ... made the cleaning pain free. They gave me a 25 gift card for being a new customer. Entire staff was professional, friendly, and informative. Definitely will be going back.
