Dr. George Novasack was raised in Absecon, NJ and graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1974. Dr. Novasack opened his practice in Somers Point, NJ in July of 1976 and has been serving Atlantic and Cape May County for nearly 40 years. Novasack Family Dental's broad range of services including fillings, crowns, dentures, root canals, and extractions have served generations of loyal patients
As Novasack Family Dental prepares for their 40th year of service in South Jersey, we welcome his son, Mark into the practice. Dr. Mark Novasack is a 2015 graduate of Temple University's School of Dentistry, and is very excited to return to his hometown to begin practicing dentistry with his mentor and father. After working 7 years as a Mechanical Engineer, Dr. Mark Novasack changed career paths by enrolling in Dental School. Mark brings to the practice extensive experience with implant restorations and contemporary dental techniques.
While to some, the name 'Novasack Family Dental' may allude to the passing of the torch from father to son, we like to think of the practice name meaning a little more. Our goal is to make each of our patients feel like family and to be a place where our patients would not hesitate to bring their friends and family!

Tired of being treated like a dollar sign? I visited 3 other dentists in the area and they were overbooked and even suggested procedures l didn't need. Mark is the best. He is honest, skilled and friendly. One of the other offices even said I needed a crown on a tooth that felt fine.. Mark took a look at it and said the tooth was fine. Get off the dental procedure conveyer belt and switch to a real family dentist office.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and I don't ever write reviews, but I had to for this practice. They are fantastic. From the moment I walked in to the time I left. The doctor explained everything to me, so I could understand what exactly was going on. You can definitely tell that they care about their patients and their well being and getting to know them on a personal level so you feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They're the best.

I can't say enough good stuff about how great my experience was with Dr Novasack and his entire team. Not only did they get me in their office quickly, they were able to repair my front tooth bridge that had fallen out. They also accepted my insurance from Pennsylvania and when they received the payment from the insurance, refunded the co-pay that we thought might be due. They helped make a very unpleasant situation a pleasant experience. Thank You again.

Mark is awesome! The staff are always friendly and able to make appointments when I need them,. And when Mark found a cavity, it was filled almost painlessly in no time at all. Great cleaning, too. I take my three kids here, as well, and they all love it!

They charged us over $200 to pick out a wobbly tooth. We thought it was a cavity. Lesson learned. We were only there for 5 minutes. What a crime this system is.

It was my first time going to Novasack Family Dental. The service was extremely pleasurable! I went in for a cleaning. Brook was great! Dr. Mark Novasack was great and funny! The whole staff made you feel comfortable and were very nice! I found my dentist office!!!
