Pleasant staff, very nice clean office and they make you feel comfortable while keeping you informed during your visits. I went for my first visit today and they set me up with a comprehensive treatment plan while answering all of the my questions. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, kind and thorough dentist I would very much recommend them. Based on past experiences I have had with dentists from across the US I would say NOVA dental practice seems to be at the top of their game!

A very pleasant experience with getting fitted for a crown. Staff is very courteous, trained and friendly. Doctor is top of the line in her area of work.

At NOVA Dental Practice Dr Phan Long is very knowledgeable and very friendly does amazing work, He is very skilled, highly compassionate and the office staff are friendly great and professional I always feel welcomed.

I tried a few dental practices in the Reston area before finding NOVA Dental and the difference was night and day. My husband and I have been going here for several years. The staff is very friendly and informative. They explain any issues they've found, the right treatment, and are very transparent about the cost. I also appreciate that they don't scold you for having a cavity, they explain the health impact and offer advice on how to improve. I also recommend them for Invisalign. I was eligible for the express service, but they showed me an option that would make my teeth perfect, but would last longer and cost more. They actually recommended the express treatment based on my goals. It was nice to be able to compare.

Dr. Long and his staff, they worked artistically on my teeth, I appreciate their hard work. I have been a patient of NOVA dental for over 8 years. I just wanted to let everyone know that NOVA Dental is the best. They always greet you by name and they make you feel so welcomed. They provide excellent service and every Dr. that I have encountered has taken their time to explain the services they provide and the benefits of staying on top of your dental health care. I am so glad I found them. I also referred a friend and she says she's glad I did. She said the service was excellent and she's going back!

Visiting from out of town and I had a crown pop off. I called about a dozen offices and NOVA was able to see me on the same day. Everyone from the receptionist on the inquiry phone call to the check out was pleasant and helpful. If I lived here, they would be my dental provider. Top tier service.

My family have been patients of NoVA Dental Practice for 20+ years, and it has been a fantastic run. Our kids are grown and have long since moved away, and my wife and I moved out of the NoVA area 3 years ago and have been driving back (3 hours each way) to stay with them, but sadly the logistics of that are just too hard to keep up. I will say that the Doctors and the Hygienists have all been fantastic, the front office staff always kind and super helpful. I really have not a single complaint, other than that I couldn't pack this office up and take it with me when we left the area! Highly recommend, it's truly been a great 20+ year relationship. The front staff did an incredible job fitting me into their schedule and verifying my benefits. Rochelle did my cleaning for me and Dr. Murphy was able to do same day treatment! She has very skilled gentle hands. Highly recommend!

It has been about 5 years that I had been to a Dentist. I am very picky about who takes care of my teeth, because of prior bad experience with other Dentist. The time had come that I had to go and get my teeth checked out after so many years. I ask my mom where she usually goes, and she told she actually has an appointment with NOVA Dental Practice. I ask her to tell me how is goes. After her visit to NOVA Dental Practice, she told me that she was very impress and happy with the way she was treated and the job they did. So I decided to go myself, my mom was not lying. NOVA Dental Practice is a great place. They make you feel like family, warm and comfortable. Their knowledge and skills in the dental field really show. Everyone at the office was very polite and friendly. I recommend NOVA Dental Practice to everyone. I cannot express enough on how they have treat me as well as my mom. I am not going anywhere else, they have gain a patient for life.
