Not completely bashing them, because I have had pleasant experiences with them. I have however, needed to get seen twice in the last few months for issues involving a great deal of pain. The first was a tooth that needed to be removed, and the wait time to have that done was 4 weeks. So, I went to another office, and it was done in two days. The second, is an infection in my gum, and because I added a second insurance they wouldn't even talk to me about an appointment until they had the info for the second insurance. Even though they already had the info for my primary insurance carrier. I told them I could get it for them when I got home, but they still wouldn't get me an appointment. So I called the folks that pulled the tooth, and I have an appointment for tomorrow, and they said I could bring the new insurance info with me to my appointment. I understand procedures, but I am in a great deal of pain for a second time, and both times, it didn't feel like that mattered to this office. I think there should be a way for people in pain to get seen, without procedures, or long waits for appointments. That seems to be the way it is at the new place.

DO NOT GO HERE. We had a terrible experience here - they completely messed up my mother's dental implants. She ended up with an infection. The whole process was disorganized and took far too long. When we would call to ask for updates on timing, they would give us an excuse and blame their third-party vendors. They have no idea what they're doing.

I was given a printout of the dental work I needed with prices. When I went to get the work done, the prices had more then doubled and they would not honor the printout they gave. I was told " we have to make money". BEWARE...I feel totally scammed by Nova Dental! 12/21

Unbelievable!!! I had my appointment at 2:15 this past Saturday(12/04) and I was out within an hour... All four wisdom teeth are taken out... Great work done by the staff and I really truly appreciate it for doing the surgery so quickly and efficiently. Of course I was sedated which caused no pain at all. 5

My husband had a dental emergency and the soonest appointment they had was over a week away. How does a dental practice not have opening for emergencies? I will be finding a different dental practice that actually cares about patients.

Had a tooth pulled and I was absolutely scared but Jess made me feel very comfortable and was very professional as well as the Dr that did the extraction de ijas if I misspelled it I apologized!!! Just got 2 fillings today this is a couple weeks after the extraction and again Jess made me feel very comfortable she remembered me from the extraction again assured me everything was going to be ok and Dr ijas was very professional both ladies were very personable and made me feel comfortable I would recommend them thank u again ladies!!!!

Overcharging for everything even with insurance. Waiting area is not set up for covid-19, chairs are next to each other and does not allow social distancing. One of their front desk worker keeps coughing and clearing her throat. Clearly this place doesn't want her to stay home. Doesn't feel safe here.

I went with my mom for an implant consultation a month ago which went well. Still a month later haven't heard anything back to proceed with implantation and the receptionists can't give me any information. So we went over to talk to the doctor and they said she had an appointment for today in the morning that she missed. My mom never made an appointment and never even got a reminder call. Never been to an unprofessional setting like this

The front desk staff is beyond rude. Front desk staff answers phone with attitude EVERY time I need to call. Front desk staff answer questions as if they are being bothered by the questions being asked. I cant wait for my sons braces to come off. The orthodontist and dental staff are friendly, but the front desk not at all. They have been rude since day 1...

I have been a dental nova patient for some years, I have always had good experiences with dental cleaning and I like that office, but my experience this week was very pleasant with my dental cleaning especially with the person who did the dental cleaning I felt like I had It was the first time that my teeth were cleaned, the person called KNSTA is super professional and I felt at ease in the way he did the cleaning. Thank you NOVA DENTAL for having this professional in that office ... I sincerely recommend this dental office. I have always had good experience in this place.

I've been a patient of Nova Dental for many years. I have had nothing but good experiences at every visit. The hygienists are always very friendly and Dr. Kerr and Dr.Ijaz always put me at ease whenever I need any work done. All of the other doctors are great too! The front desk is always very friendly and helpful, they're always smiling and happy to answer any questions that I have, especially Lisa and Denise. I tell all my friends and family to come here, I will be a life long patient!
