Very disappointed in this practice. My appointment has been rescheduled twice due to the doctor "not feeling well". We are all busy and make time to see the dentist. Besides being in discomfort I'm told only two hours before I need to reschedule. Very inconvenient.

Outstanding dentist!! Broke a large chip from a front tooth on an almond. Called NOVA Dental the next day. They got me in that day. Dr Nova repaired it in about 40 min with a large filling, no novacane, no pain. Can't tell there is a patch on the tooth. Very competent and professional.

WOW!!! BEST dentist around!!! I will start by saying that I have been to quite a few bad dentists in the past several years. Nova Dental was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Nova's office was attractive, the gentleman at the front desk was amazingly friendly and VERY helpful. He texted with helpful location details before my appointment. He was also so helpful in making sure to check my insurance to be sure things were covered for me. The kind dental hygienist was amazing as well, she was very patient and explained everything to me (I have anxiety and always appreciate that). She has a wonderful relaxing presence. Lastly, Dr. Nova did a GREAT and thorough job on my teeth. I felt he took the time to really make sure my teeth were cleaned. He went absolutely above and beyond, and was able to answer and solve all of my oral concerns and issues. I felt my health was attended to, I was well taken care of and that I was more than just a number. THANK YOU!!!

I am so glad I found Dr. Stan Nova! I needed my whole mouth redone. I had been quoted anywhere from 40-60 K. We are more the half way through, a fraction of that. He has always been kind and gentle. Even with all of this work, minimal discomfort. He truly believes in saving what is there. I was all set to go with all on 4. I am so glad I met with Dr. Stan Nova first! Three more weeks until I have the smile I have dreamed about for years.

I thought I would never find another great dentist. My last dentist was very good but it got to the point where I could never get an appointment that was convenient for me. Dr. Nova is great. I was able to schedule online and that a big plus for me. The office was clean, the staff very friendly and pleasant and most importantly, the dentist was patient and thorough. I now live in Baltimore City but I'll go to Gaithersburg to see Dr. Stan. Definetly recommend!

Dr. Stan is wonderful!!! His staff is extremely courteous and professional. The office is immaculate and comfortable. Dr. Stan is by far the best dentist I've ever had, I felt absolutely zero pain, and he was finished before I knew it. Most important, his rates are totally reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Nova Dental

Dr. Nova was great! He explained every part of my multi-step procedure, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming and the office is clean, which is something I am very cautious of with COVID, and I felt safe with every visit. I am very happy with the results and will definitely recommend Dr. Nova to any of my friends looking for a skillful implant dentist. So if you're looking for implants or other dentistry needs, Dr. Nova is the best!

Really bad post tooth extraction experience. Their office kept saying they faxed the Rx to CVS in 2 days. Their office also emailed me a Rx but CVS doesn't take copy Rx. I went back CVS twice in 2 days and got nothing. I am suffering pain and bleeding for 2 days already.

Dr. Stan Nova and all the staff were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Nova himself was very good at what he does and explains things thoroughly. He was sympathetic to and understanding of my concerns too. Despite the pandemic, there was no wait time and the dental service was handled in a timely manner. Overall great experience! (Note: Give yourself a few extra minutes to find the office. You can park next to the building sign and then walk through the 2 buildings to find the entrance)

I had the privilege, recently, of becoming a new patient at Dr. Stan Novas practice, and if I could award 10 stars to this dentist and his administrative staff, I would certainly do so. Dr. Stan Nova is not only superb in his professional work; He is personable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in the particular needs of each patient. What impresses me equally, though, is the quality of Dr. Stans administrative team -- and the importance of this cannot be overstated. They devoted many hours to the resolution of an extremely thorny insurance reimbursement problem of mine in which they were utterly blameless. They had filed a perfect coverage claim for me, but my insurer twice processed it incorrectly. Other dental practices might have dropped the matter and left it to the patient to resolve, but with Dr. Stans expert biller, brilliant practice manager, and terrific front desk staff on the job, I was spared the agony of having to deal endlessly with the insurer on my own. I am so grateful for this, and I look forward to many years of continuing care at this practice.

I have come to Doctor Dmitry Nova for almost 2 years. I had implant infection because of the lack of experience and care for patient from a previous doctor. Dr. Nova and his team show their care for patients. I feel confident and trust in my dentist first time in my life. In two years visiting Nova clinic, I know I found my dental care for life. With profession they give you the best of care in most effective procedures and less cost. Thank you, Doc.
