Dr. Sandoval graduated in 1980, with top honors, from the University of Guadalajaras College of Dentistry. He then attended New York Universitys College of Dentistry, graduating in 1985. He is also licensed in New York State, where he practiced until 1998, at which time he and his family moved to Central Florida.
He is a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a fellow in implantology of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and he is also licensed in IV conscious sedation.
He is a true believer in life-long learning and is continuously attending courses and seminars to remain at the forefront of current dental knowledge and trends so that he is able to offer his patients the best services possible.

I came here recommended by my mom. I saw Dr Fleetwood who was very thorough with my exam, and she pointed out a problem I was having with my back tooth. Dr Fleetwood was so gentle and caring. I didn't feel rushed once, she listened to my teeth problems and had a plan for each of them. So happy I found my new dentist! The office is really clean as well. Highly recommend.
