Through state-of-the-art equipment, such as digital imaging, intra-oral cameras, non-turbine dental handpieces, and ultra-low radiation-emitting x-rays, we can provide the highest quality of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care with minimum invasiveness.

When customizing our patients treatment plans, we take our time to educate the patient on the condition of their teeth and overall oral health. We find that taking a step-by-step approach addressing the direst first, really helps ease a lot of anxiety that a patient feels. We then thoroughly explain every possible treatment option. Dr. Binh Hoang is Vietnamese born but grew up in the Northern, Va. area since the young age of 3. One of seven siblings in a household of hardworking immigrant parents, he knew from an early age the meaning of determination and gumption.
A product of years of hard work; Dr. Hoang received his Degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University School of Dentistry in 2000. In 2016, Dr. Hoang received an advanced degree from the Columbia University, New York College of Dental Medicine, for Comprehensive Implantology.
Dr. Hoang is the founder of his private practice. Which was established in 2005 and conveniently located in Springfield, VA. Dr. Hoang proudly continues to serve his community. An unapologetic perfectionist, he takes great pride in providing the quality dental care that is not only functional but also beautiful and as natural looking as possible. Dr. Hoang is a member of Northern Virginia Dental Society, The American Dental Association and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists to remain current in industry standards.

Great practice! Denice did a great job at cleaning my teeth, very gentle and gave great tips on aftercare! Dr.Hoang was also really nice and gave great tips on maintaining good oral hygiene! Love the place

I found my neighborhood doctor, Dr. Hoang, during the pandemic. I've had cleaning, fillings and some cosmetic work done for my daughter. I trust his dental work recommendations and will keep on seeing him. His staff are friendly and very professional.

The receptionist was kind and efficient, which perfectly describes the dental staff. While I was waiting, the receptionist was advising a client on how to save money at the next appointment. I was really impressed by that, and it accurately represents how the place is run. The doctor was in and out (busy) but he did stay to answer my questions so I didn't feel ignored, plus he's got a sense of humor! (They can hear literally everything in that office, so bring a blanket it's freezing lol.) I'm sure dental instruments have improved over the years, but I haven't seen a dentist in over two years and I did not feel any pain while she was cleaning my teeth. I was so so so happy leaving with clean teeth!!!

I'm incredibly thankful for the experience my father and I had at NOVA dental. I want to say first and foremost most that Dr. Binh Hoang was tremendous to work with. He is a consummate professional and class personified. We also want to commend the administrative staff for displaying remarkable patient service. There is strong accountability amongst the staff. The office MGR Heather took it upon herself to correct the mishap with the lab. The problem was quickly solved and turned into a positive outcome. Trust your loved ones with amazing dental service. We're glad we choose Dr. Hoang. Thank you for restoring my old mans smile.

I have been going here my whole life because my parents, but I am making them switch over to another dentist ASAP. They over charge and try to add additional payments in any way they can. Please avoid at all costs.

Best cleaning EVER! I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Hoang, but this past week I had the best cleaning EVER... from Denise! She is a dental magician. I have had lots of teeth cleanings, but not one like this. She gave me my smile back! I understood that my enamel was probably decayed and there wasn't much that could be done about the discoloration, but I told her I was open to any suggestions. I told her a previous dental assistant had recommended a mouthwash for oral hygiene and that I used it religiously, sometimes three or four times a day. Hmmm, she said; that explains it. What? Turns out my teeth and my whole mouth were stained." Wait! WHAT? Mouthwash stains your teeth?! Denise explained that some do. She said I needed to use mouthwash once a day, before bed, and make sure to get one with ide. She recommended ACT. But then... the real revelation. She said what gets stained is the tartar on your teeth, not the enamel. Then she proceeded to prove it by taking all the tartar off. Yikes! Not painful, but not pleasant. But what results! I've never had a cleaning like that! Usually they scratch around a bit and then rub some polish on and then say "all done!" But not Denise. She sat there and grinded and grinded and grinded on the teeth one at a time until every speck of tartar was gone. At one point, afraid she was losing me, she said, "I know it is tedious, but hang in there... its working." At the end she held up a mirror and... ZOWEE! Holy smokes! I had my smile back. It had been so bad I tried to hide it, but my teeth were white. I'm VERY pleased, and can't say enough about Denise. I came home, smiled at my wife, and she immediately made an appointment, specifying she wanted a teeth-cleaning from Denise. Could... not... be... happier! Thank you Denise!

I haven't gone to a dentist for over 2 years because of the pandemic and decided to try Dr. Hoang's dental office for a dental check-up/cleaning and potential cavity refill procedure. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely dissatisfying. I got in and was greeted by a kind receptionist (good signs). Proceeded walking into a room and Denise, the dental technician's bedside manners were truly lacking. There were no warm greetings/introductions; didn't ask about my dental history but only asked if I had any allergies. She then proceeded to perform dental x-rays which was fine but then when we started the cleaning session, her procedure was handled roughly. She kept asking me to tilt my head towards her but she was the one who kept moving my head in the other direction. She didn't explain the procedure even though during the lacking dental history session, I informed her it's been a while since I've been to a dentist and would like to know hers and the doctor's recommendations. Once the cleaning procedure was complete, while I was still laying on the bed, Dr. Hoang came in, and once again, even the Doctor did not introduce himself, he put on gloves and then asked me to open my mouth and started talking to Denise about my old and wearing out cavities and said, "Wow these are huge! Let's move forward with crowns." He then just left abruptly without explaining anything. I'm not one to complain about bad experiences, but this was truly disappointing. Both the technician and doctor have really bad bedside manners and that is something I look for in a doctor. NOTE: My scheduled appointment was at 8am and so maybe, I'm going to try to look on the positive side here, both Denise and Dr. Hoang maybe just haven't had their coffee yet?

I found Dr. Hoang to be awesome. My previous dentist hurt me so bad, and with Dr. Hoang when he did my fillings it didn't hurt at all which surprised me, getting numb as always been the worst part, but with him I didn't even feel it. He was honest and office was clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I found my dental home, very happy with results

Nova Dental Center has been the best decision I made in regards to dental services. I had multiple issues pertaining to my teeth. The staff is one of the best I have encountered. The receptionist, office manager and the dental hygienist were all extremely pleasant and patient oriented. Dr. Hoang was very knowledgeable, caring and gentle. From my experience having gone to many dental providers I can say without any hesitation this was by far my best experience. Many people hate going to the dentist, I will say I no longer have any apprehension of returning to this office. I have found my new dental provider with no reservations!!! Keep up the excellent work patients with other medical issues would find it difficult to find a better provider/office. Their ability to make patients feel important and comfortable is unmatched.
