Dr. Neal Emad graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry in 1983 and graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1987. He continues his education yearly to remain current as a general practitioner, and he has achieved advanced certification in orthodontics by both the United States Dental Institute and the Mid-Atlantic Orthodontic Society. He is certified in Invisalign and oral sedation, and he has received advanced training in implant dentistry.
Our dentist has served in Vienna for more than 29 years. His goal as a dentist is to provide his patients with excellent oral health services. He strives to make every patient feel as comfortable as possible while he explains every procedure every step of the way.
Dr. Marcus Emad graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in biology in 2013 and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2018. He received specialized training through clerkship programs for pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and more. Dr. Marcus also continues his education through different certifications for orthodontics, implant dentistry, and other specialties in order to remain current as a dental practitioner.
Dr. Marcus is very active in the dental community and is constantly reviewing and studying clinical trials and results in order to provide the utmost excellence of dental care for his patients. In his spare time he likes to snowboard, golf, play guitar, and more.

Patricia Clinical Director/Dental Assistant Lead Patricia is our highly skilled clinical director and dental assistant lead. She attended the University of San Martin de Porres, School of Dentistry in Lima, Peru, where she graduated in 1999. After graduating dental school, she completed a masters degree in teaching and research in stomatology at the University Federico Villareal in Lima, Peru. Patty enjoys meeting each patient and loves to hear about what is new and exciting in the patients day.
Luma Office Coordinator Luma is our office coordinator and has called Nova Dental Care of Chantilly her second home since 2001. She graduated from George Mason University with a double major in international relations and biology. Luma loves getting to know each patient we help treat. She welcomes new patients to the family and truly cares about their comfort.
Cindia Dental Hygienist Cindia is the dental hygienist at Nova Dental Care of Chantilly. She is dedicated to and enthusiastic about helping our patients obtain and maintain excellent oral health. Cindia received a BS in dental hygiene from Old Dominion University and received an MBA in management from Strayer University. Cindia is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where she served from 1986 to 1990. She welcomes every patient and strives to make them feel comfortable and part of the family.

I've been going here for over 20 years. I got fillings as a kid, braces as a teenager, and wisdom tooth extractions as an adult. I could not be happier with the care I get here! Both Neal and Marcus are absolutely amazing dentists. You can tell they genuinely care.

SO grateful to have found this practice! My husband and I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years AND our three year old needed his first exam/cleaning done. We all showed up for a family-style appointment, along with our 1 year old. The staff was so courteous and so great with our kids. Maria, the receptionist, is truly exceptional and took the time to work with us over the phone (we had a couple of unique circumstances to figure out). The way she went above and beyond convinced us to pick this practice. The cleanings were thorough and everyone took the time to explain everything to us. And our son had a great time! Highly recommend! Thank you Maria, Cinda, and Dr. Emad!

I had a tooth problem over the weekend - in great pain. Dr. Emad took my call and called in a prescription right away. I called again the next day and he called in another prescription. I called his office on Monday and he saw me first-thing. He took care of my tooth - a pain-free procedure. What a relief! All the while, he was so professional and empathetic. Amazing care.

I have been going to various dentists for well over 50 years. Dr. Emad is the first dentist to numb my mouth without me feeling the syringe enter. All of the care I have received at Nova Dental Care - Chantilly has been top notch. I couldn't recommend any dental office better than these folks. From the office staff, through the hygenists/dental technicians, and of course the dentists, they are the ultimate professionals.

Always 5-star treatment at Nova Dental Care! We actually like going to the dentist!! Dr. Emad is wonderful! He is friendly, very knowledgeable and GENTLE. He explains everything he is going to do and gives all options. He truly cares about our dental health. Dr. Marcus does a fabulous job with my kids too! Talks to them directly and explains and teaches at their level. Cinda my hygienist is thorough and gentle as well and we always have a good laugh about something!! It's very clean and comfortable ! I highly recommend Nova Dental Care!

9 1/2 years of dental care from Dr. Emad and his staff. Dr. Emad has always been professional, respectful, compassionate, and gentle. for routine exams and comprehensive dental work. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He is absolutely my favorite dentist, and I'm so glad a friend recommend him to me. I recommend him to everyone!

New to town and came in for a routine cleaning. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I usually am very sensitive however the dentists were gentle and provided me with a very positive experience. Thanks to the service, I will continue to come back here.
