My daughter has cavities and I brought her to Nova Dental Associates to get it done, their dentist did a good job on it, but one of their assistant name Michelle, she is amazing, my daughter was crying during the procedure but Michelle stand by her side and calm her down. she made the whole procedure much easier for my daughter and the dentist. High Recommend it especially if you have a toddler

I gave this place a great review,, but I stand corrected. I was there last Wednesday and got a temporary crown. It fell out on Saturday. I hadn't eaten anything that would disturb it, in fact anything I did eat I chewed on the opposite side to be careful. It was supposed to last 3 weeks and barely made it 3 days. THEN, I go back in this morning as soon as possible, because it hurts, I can't even drink water without pain, and they tell me come back at 12:30. I have to cancel an appointment for work and continue to not eat or drink anything for three more hours because of THEIR poor work. I am SO disappointed, I told the receptionist I am in pain and she didn't care she said come back at 12;30. So I will, and I will go back for my permanent crown that I foolishly already paid for, and I will NEVER return to this place. If you just need a cleaning they are fine for that, I am so nervous to even trust them with the permanent crown, but I paid for it so I have no choice. And on top of that I'm sitting here waiting almost 20 'minutes past the scheduled time. I'm so furious, I'm in so much pain due to their negligence and they're just ignoring me!

This place is a joke. I got my tooth pulled and they didn't give me any antibiotics then when I called to try to get some twice I was told I was going to get a call back and never did so had to wait for weekend to call back Monday to see if I'll even be able to get them then I'll probably be waiting even longer. I will 100% never be stepping foot in a nova dental again.

I used to go to the Tarentum location but moved to the city of Pgh and now visit the Glenshaw location. A 20 minute drive for a dentist should say how I feel about the office. I love them. The staff is all so amazing. They ask laugh and talk and really help make a nervous mind calmer. Dr Ryan is great. He is a very honest doctor to have in your corner. I was shocked to get him again today, no idea he went to every location. It was a great surprise and I would recommend his help to anyone.

I am finding a new dentist, when I first went to Nova they were great a no problems. Now this year I've tried calling multiple times to make an appointment and they keeo give me the go around. No teeth cleaning on Fridays. Being booked up months in advance. This last call they said they were booked until August. Maybe they shouldn't me taking in new patients and be more concerned about their existing clients!!!

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. I went To Nova for a bad tooth an they gave me some antibiotics an said they couldn't pull it until the infection was gone. I also had to have A few teeth that needed fixed that my insurance wouldn't cover so I was gonna pay with Cash after the Holidays. So I completed the whole course of antibiotics an My tooth started hurting so bad that I had to leave my Grandmothers funeral,I went home an called Nova while crying an sobbing in pain it was the Day before New Year's Eve an couldn't get me in until after the Holiday an gave me emergency number that were all closed as well.I asked if they could At least give me ibuprofen because the Tylenol an Advil an low dose of ibuprofen I got from the store wasn't strong enough an they told me No. So Finally Monday Morning comes around an I made the earliest appointment they had an I literally counted down the days til my appointment like I was A Kid going to Disney Land. But when I went to the appointment The Dentist had Come in an said to me "So I guess you just decided to pull them all" an I told him no just the one for now an I'll fix the rest when I have the money an he told me that He would not remove the One tooth unless I let him pull all of my bottom teeth. And there was No way I was going to go without teeth. I won't even leave the house without earrings. He was so unprofessional an did not care about me being in Pain. All he cares about is money And does not care about People at all!! I will Never go back to that office an I would not recommend my worst enemy to them an that's A fact.

I had an emergency at night. I cracked a tooth. The practice called me in the next morning and fit me in to their busy schedule. They are all very nice and work together to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

My son had multiple cavities and with only being 5 years old he needed to be sedated. Dr Ryan was awesome and so was the Anesthesiologist Dr Lang. Very personable staff and they gave this mom a sense of calm when my son went back for his dental work. Would highly recommend them.

I had my first appointment on 2/22/21 with dr. Wolff at the glenshaw office. I had a chipped front tooth that the nurse practitioner had repaired. She left it thick for some reason and only about a week and a half later it felt like it was coming off in the back of the tooth- felt like a sticker. I gave birth end of feb so was t able to come in until 3/17. I had an appointment with dr. Wolff- the same nurse had "fixed" My tooth but ground off too much so now my front tooth is noticeably shorter than the other. Not to mention- I was very visibly pregnant the first time I was there- the 2nd time not pregnant. Dr. Wolff said to me casually "now that you aren't knocked up we can get your X-rays" I was shocked at this seriously male chauvinist comment and his unprofessionalism. Not to mention watching him leaning up against the wall on his phone and then going in to work on the patient across the way without washing his hands. After the nurse was done with my tooth he came in just to look at it- and I mentioned how upset I was that my tooth was shorter- he said " nothing we can do about it- cap it" I said I can't afford a cap and my Medicaid doesn't cover it ...he said to appeal The Medicaid denial letter and tell them I was pregnant so I can get it covered, I really did not appreciate leaving the dentist office with worse teeth than I had. The whole experience was shocking and I will not be coming back- seems like they really milk the Medicaid patients but also don't give them good service. Also disgusting to call me "knocked up" so rude.
