*They can not guarantee they will fix a tooth if you have ever had any dentist work on it before. But they will make you an appointment, that may or may not address your problem.* So, I called them to set up an appointment because a filling fell out, and my old dentist no longer takes my insurance. The receptionist was nice, and answered the call in a reasonable amount of time. Told them what happened, they offered to schedule me and then told me "I can't schedule to have it fixed or even guarantee They will fix it, because it was worked on by another dentist, but our dentist can look at it..." I unfortunately started laughing , because that means they cannot guarantee they will work on anybody's mouth who is an adult. I feel bad for laughing at the poor receptionist, but I was also just kinda blown away but a dentist who will schedule to look at your teeth, but not fix them if another dentist had worked on them. I'm not even sure who they want as a customer? Either they are ridiculously scared of a liability, or something bad must have happened and they are protecting themselves because they were accused of something. I'm glad they let me know before I showed up at least.

Miserable experience. Had the back molar crack, so went in for evaluation with Dr Ryan. He said no need for a root canal, and placed a temporary crown. He counseled me about some initial discomfort. However 2 weeks in, and I was still in significant pain. I called the office, saying the pain was waking me overnight and I was needing analgesics around the clock - all I received was notification that a Rx for clindamycin and Tylenol+codeine was at the pharmacy. After another few days of pain, I had a friend who is a dentist take a look at the XR, who was shocked a root canal was done, and told me to seek out a board certified endodontist. The endo immediately recognized that the crown was sitting on essentially exposed nerve and a root canal was done that day. That took care of the pain. When having the permanent crown placed, the dental hygienist kept assessing the & remarked that there was no marking on the chew slip, though I could very clearly feel a discrepancy in my bite. She was too busy complaining about the air conditioning. I foresee needing further modification of the permanent crown, but will be taking my business elsewhere

You have replied to my review saying I should call to have this resolved, I called and the person on the phone says there's nothing they can do about it. Like I said you people only care about money! Can't to get people in that chair and take our money! You don't care about your patients! You guys are awful! This what happened: Absolutely ridiculous! Don't go there! I only went there for a teeth cleaning and they tell me I need some filling done I asked them to run my insurance and see how much I have to pay after and see if I can do it. They gave me the amount so I agreed to do it. All I got was attitude from the dental assistant and they didn't even clean my teeth I was so mad. I paid them and left. Now I am getting a call saying I owe more than times three of what they said I owe even though I paid the amount they mentioned. I'm so mad right now. They LIED to me about how much I paid and now they are trying to get it on my credit report. They don't care about nothing but money!

So I have terrible dental anxiety. I walked in ready for the root canal I was referred for. Fortunately I didn't need the root canal and just had to have a few cavities filled. Paula was amazing. She talked me through every step and was very knowledgeable about the process. Paula made me feel at ease. Melissa's cleaning was thorough yet efficient and she also talked me through my process. I can't say enough about Dr. Ryan Wolf & Paula. I will certainly be continuing my care here.

I've been going to this dentist for 8 years+! It's gotten worst over the years. Extremely unprofessional. If you need dental services do not go here. They can't get you in for 2+ months . After years I'm sadden to say I have to find a new dentist. Save your time I wish I did.

Office refused to write a letter for prior authorization from my insurance company--instead they told me I would have to ask my PCP who knows very little about dental work. They also offered to allow me to apply for carecredit to cover the incredibly high bill. The receptionist scoffed at me when I said I'd never had a provider that wouldn't advocate for me to an insurance provider. I went to another office for a second opinion--the dentist there was shocked that no one would write a letter to my insurance, and did so himself before I left the building. What would have been thousands in dental work was now only a couple of hundred. Nova dental could have been reimbursed by my insurance if they had bothered to do the leg work instead of trying to make quick money off of me with a high interest method like carecredit. Instead I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
